Everyone was so nice and kindly. Our room was amazing! Clean and nothing to dislike. Location was perfect. Quiet but everything reachable by a walk. The beach was perfectly clean and really amazing. The pool area was nice as well and the drinks at the bar were really good!

Pathway from reception leading to rooms is poor - needs a re-design to minimise falls/trip hazards. Beds had a high floor base on one side - made it very difficult to get in and out of bed. Gardens poorly maintained - could be made much nicer with new landscaping design.

It is really pity that the whole Chaweng beach is sometimes covered by plastic wastes. This is a general problem for which the resort is absolutely not responsible.

We liked everything. Being located a little aside from the crowded center of the area, is a plus.

We were in a two-level suite (2/12). The room needs repair. There was no closet or shelves in the room. Things had to be stored anywhere. But at the same time, half of the first level is occupied by a huge bath. There was only one towel holder in the shower room. The water pressure was constantly changing. There is only one chair on the balcony, although the room is for two. The air conditioners made a lot of noise.

Very good location, on the one hand you are on Chaweng, almost in the busiest area, on the other hand, this part of the beach is really quiet and calm. Excellent staff, good breakfasts. Clean beach area, there were always enough sunbeds. The location of the objects on the territory is successful, and helps to cut off noise from the street as much as possible. There is a restaurant directly on Chaweng Street, which made it possible to move the rooms deeper to the beach.

The bathrooms don't have a handheld bidet (aka bum gun)! They're so ubiquitous in Thailand, and given the plumbing is installed for them, I'm not sure why they haven't been fitted. Not having one feels a bit gross after having got used to it being available nearly everywhere.

The location is lovely and quiet, with direct access to a beautiful and calm section of the beach, but is still within easy walking distance of the main strip. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, the pool is great, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the staff are very attentive and friendly without being pushy. Breakfast is also really great, with a wide selection of Asian, European and American foods, and tea or coffee of your choosing made to order.

zircon very noisy need earplugs for sleep, hygienic spray at toilet missing, the resort is nice but needs maintenance, cleaning is not good all over meters high is full with dust

Neighborhood is dilapidated except for the resorts on the road. Property is older- shows plenty of wear and tear. Upstairs bedroom. Not good if you aren’t nimble.

A bit too far outside the main part of Chaweng, best to do the stretch in a hop on/off taxi.

Close to Chaweng busy area, but outside the main noise. Family friendly and very nice staff. The breakfast was better than expected with super friendly and helpful staff.

Direct acces sto the beach, and for me the swimming on the beach its a lake not a beach. The hotel itself is a little tired but perfectly functional staff were excellent. I like dthe fact that it was on the edge of the main party strip - you could walk or taxi easy to the main area but it wasnt the hustle and bussle of a main strip

Most of the staff did not seem that happy and seemed like they were working all the time. When my boyfriend broke his foot they had to their boss to ask if it was okay that I brought him breakfast down from the buffet (there were stairs). Maybe a strict boss?

I liked the pool area and that that is was on the beach. The air from the waves was nice in the heat. Close to restaurants.
