Not much of a community feeling, ad no other guests were around when I was. Bao and Noy were were helpful though; Bao was often around and Noy could be reached easily through WhatsApp.

Beautiful to be by the river. Nice space if you have a group to hang out!

Staff was very nice, they offered us breakfast. The bungalow was little but super confortable. The toilets were clean, there were some insects but it is normal since we were in the middle of a beautiful national park

The mattress was very thin, but it was fine. I was also woken up by monkeys playing around and going through trashes, so just be aware of that.

The owner was great and even had me picked up from the van. The breakfast was very good and the location was lovely.

The place is not far from the main road. The welcoming is really nice, the staff can provide you a taxi to take your bus. The breakfast is free and really good. They also propose a paddle if you want to go on the river ! I recommended it !!! Thank you

What a location directly on the bank of the river! Modern tents, a Fan and a triple socket for your appliances. We were given a bigger tent without extra charge. Complimentary breakfast is better than very many you have to pay for. Transfer to bus station complimentary too.

Amazing kind hostel lady, speaks good english and helps you with literally with everything. You can book any tour with her for one day in advance. Also they make you breakfest and every evening they make a fire. Monkeys are next to you but stay out of the camp so that is nice. Also not to warm during the night. Toilets are clean, almost no insects. I was sick and se brought me to the hospital and took care of me. One of the best stays in thailand. Brings you back to nature

The bungalow might be too small for two people

Nice and quiet camping site with 3 bamboo bungalows and shared bathrooms, close to town but in the nature next to the river. Nice and helpful staff, breakfast provided. Recommended

I can’t think of anything. I extended my stay and nearly everyone else there did too.

This is a beautiful campsite by the river. I saw so much wildlife; a baby colugo, owl, frogs, fish, many cheeky macaques and snakes (in the trees). The tent is very comfortable, with a power lead outside with a fan provided (for each tent) and spare ports for charging your devices. I met some great people here, who shared very good tips for travelling. This was a really nice stop to socialise with others. Noi & her husband were so friendly and helpful. You can book your trips for sightseeing; such as birdwatching/jungle hikes/lake tours through Noi. Noi will also help with checking that there are spaces on buses/vans for onward travels & will get you to the bus stop with your gear. Clean showers and toilets. Laundry service. Breakfast is included (tea, coffee, toast, fruit, fritters). Soft drinks & beer for sale. A 15 minute walk to the National Park entrance. Lots of nearby restaurants and minimarts nearby, but not loud and crazy. A really nice chilled out place. 👌🏼

Only downside is that there was no warm water for showering and no mosquito nets on the windows. Other than that we were very happy!

Very close to nature and we saw monkeys every day next to the common area :)) also super sweet lady running the place.

I loved the peace and the nature. You could hear the sounds of the jungle and the stream close by. We saw monkeys and even a flying lemur with its baby. Every morning they make an easy breakfast with fruits, toast and coffee, which was just right for us. Facilities were always clean and in good conditions. The owners were caring and always observant to see if everything was alright. Every evening they make fire by the stream, probably with the smoke they try to keep musquitos away. They helped me alot when I was sick. They hurried to buy medicine at the pharmacy for me and gave me other remedies. Everything for free. I will never forget that and I am so grateful for that. This is a family business and they are really honest and lovely people.

Loved staying in a tent & falling asleep to the jungle sounds. Taking dips in the river. Staring at the camp fire at night. Noy the owner went out of her way to ensure I was happy. She helped organise the lake tour, sorted free breakfast in the mornings & gave me a lift to the bus station when departing. Very grateful for the hospitality shared. If you prefer being away from noisey bars, nature appreciation and the outdoor camping life than this is for you. If you require luxury this is not. It's the simple life here where less is more 🙏🏼

Some guests left their fans on during the night and they were a bit loud (this is really not necessary because the temperature drops pleasantly).

This was my first camping experience in Thailand, and I loved it. I was a bit wary because the listing said "empty lot", but I got a big tent with a mat and blanket, as well as a towel, toilet paper, my own fan, and extension cord for charging my phone. The tents are on an elevated platform and sheltered from the elements. Breakfast was included in the price and consisted of fresh bananas and delicious local sweets. The location is really great because it's quiet and serene, but it takes 5 minutes to walk to the entrance to the national park and all the restaurants. You can book tours of the Khao Sok National Park directly from the host. My only regret is that I didn't stay longer.

The first night we didn't have memory foam in our tent so it wasn't comfortable. It was fixed the next morning and it was way better. Thank you.

I loved it. Every hut and tent has its own fan. Its next to a river. You can see monkeys from the tents and bamboo huts sometimes and they get very close . The toilets Und showers are basic but worked all totally fine. if you want to be in nature and still have humble comfort, This is the place to be.

I believe the campground is still young and developing to meet the needs of the campers. They would benefit from a couple of comfortable places for people to hangout (hammocks or reclining chairs), when we were there they only had wooden or plastic chairs. The toilets often did not have toilet paper and no soap at the sink to wash your hands. The garbage cans were broken, so you had to touch the lid with your hands to throw your used toilet paper away. It’s in a beautiful setting, these are just suggestions in what could make it even better :)

Camping along a fresh clean river was amazing! The water was so refreshing! They have a couple of intertubes that we used to go upstream a couple hundred yards and floated back to the campsite:) The surrounding area is beautiful. They provide a tent, a fan, a thin blanket, sheets, and an approximately 2” thick pad. If you are taller than 5’10” the tents will be a very tight squeeze. We rented motorbikes and had a lot of fun driving those around.
