ThailandWe were happy for almost everything with the emeral khaolak. However Front desk k. Nueng did not pay attention on our request. (If i am not mistaken on her name) As we have requested for an extra pillow as we travelling for 3 pax 2 adult and one kid 8 year old. So we requested 1 more pillow. I have called to front desk and answer by k. Nueng. She tolld will inform to Housekeeping to send us pillow but almost 1 hour of waiting no one show up. After that my husband called to follow up but not sure who was answering the phone at that time but same answer " they told will inform HK and we were waitng but nonody show up. So we sleap with 2 pillows for 3 of us. I am not sure why they was unable to delivery just 1 pillow extra as per request. If they dont have a spare pillow they should inform guest , they never check if the guest were receive the pillow as per requested. Pool communication. Need more training if you would like to satify guest with simple request. Details we make your hotel stand out amoung others hotel.
Room is big 50 sqm compare the price we paid is worth of money.

AustraliaWe had two rooms and the one I had the air conditioning didn’t work properly and it got quite muggy. After about 3 days I asked if they could fix it or swap my room. They switched my room without an issue and the aircon was much much better. My other concern is the mould that is around the inside of the pool tiles. There are also 2 small wading pools which are probably for small children and they were in an unacceptable state. That needs to be addressed. The main pool is quite small and it gets really busy and you have those selfish people who put their towels on the sun beds to secure them, but don’t even show up for hours! Another thing was that we found out on the day before we were leaving that they had a shuttle service that went in at certain times to Khao lak. It would have been great if the front office staff could have informed us of what was available to us.
The size of the property was good. The kids pool was great with 3 slides and a tipping bucket! But the kids tended to be in the main pool- don’t understand why. Breakfast was in the open “restaurant “at the beach. ( I believe they are renovating)It was a great view to the ocean. The layout of the food could have been done a lot better as there were cords across the floor. The tea and coffee station was in an awkward position. There wasn’t many staff, so collection of finished plates etc and table resets was really slow. There was a lack of detail to things like filling up the empty soy sauce bottle and the tea. The food was okay and it was sufficient. ( no bacon thought unfortunately and no poached eggs 😕) The room cleaning was quite late, so probably a staff rostering issue. Two times I wasn’t given a towel or a hand towel but when I contacted front reception, housekeeping came quickly. Rooms were a great size and so was the balcony. Inside the room you had everything you needed. It had a nice ambiance. Bathroom was also great with a bath and a shower and the closet area was really spacious too. There is a little coffee shop in the lobby and that was nice and the staff were lovely too. Overall a good stay.

ThailandThe room suffered from serious condensation. Turn the air conditioning off and water started running down the walls and the floor became a swimming pool. Open the balcony doors and the problem was worse. The only way to keep the room and our clothes, electronic devices and bed dry was to keep the air conditioning on 24/7.
The beach and setting of the hotel was perfect. Lots of local shops and restaurants.

United KingdomAlthough the beach was lovely, the water can be a little rough with a strong pull back. We found one of the front of house staff to be a little rude.
The location of the hotel is great. Our family room was big & very clean - our daily housekeeper was really lovely. The kids pool was great fun. The breakfast which was included was lovely too, a good variety of choices & the omlettes where great. The free shuttle bus to Bang Niang & Khao Lak Centre was a great added bonus too. We watched the fire show which was excellent.

RomaniaWe didn’t like the fact that the cleaning was not done as it should. I have silently accepted for 3 days and the forth day I have asked the cleaning lady to come and see how she did the cleaning. The 5th day she didn’t even bother to come. And also the breakfast is the same everyday, the only difference is that they use the food remained from last dinner.
We liked the location, it is well positioned.

United KingdomWhen I booked it didn't give me the option to book breakfast included so we would have to purchase that daily which wouldn't be a problem however breakfast was around £15 each, local cafes don't open until 11am so theirs not much choice besides getting cereal and milk from the local shops and eating in your room if you don't want to pay £30+ for a family to have breakfast each day.
Great location, amazing swimming pools especially for my little one, kids activities and lots to do. Very helpful staff.

Often struggled to get a table and often had to wait for food to be replenished (not always helped when certain guests heaped their plates with piles of bacon and croissants, half of which were smuggled into their bags)

United KingdomThe Muay Thai Beginners class with teachers Rofen, Aoon, and Ju was excellent! It was a small class with just three attendees, right before the high season in Thailand. I attended with my mum. The teachers were very patient and helpful, focusing on the fundamentals and techniques since we had never tried Muay Thai before. They were able to cater to different fitness levels. In addition to the physical aspects, they also spoke about the meaning and history of Muay Thai, providing a brief introduction to Muay Boran. I highly recommend this class for any age group. The coaches were experienced, adept at teaching, and made the first-time experience very enjoyable. I would love to visit again! :)

Singaporewe booked 2 rooms as a family but one room the bed frame is just a flat wood with no designs and the bathroom/toilet door woods that are old that needs to replace due to termite.
our two room have direct access to the pool, there are surfing activity that you can try and the staff was very helpful to give us some information and tips on how to surf board, even for first timer can try and recommended.

United KingdomThe breakfast was so packed, it was crazy we struggled to get a table and found that so many people staying wasted so much food by taking far too much, meaning the staff were working extra hard to get food out to fill the trays. The location wasn’t the best. There is only 1 road that had other restaurants and bars on, everything else was around 4-5km away
Fantastic kids pool. This hotel had by far the best kids pool we’ve ever had. The rooms were big and the balcony was lovely. Being on the beach was great and the sunsets were fantastic.
