My room was at the back of the property and the grounds weren't very well kept up. The door was secured with a padlock not a normal lock.

Great to have a pool to refresh in! Staff was friendly. Bed was comfortable and the little balcony off the room was lovely to sit in.

Bed could have been more comfortable.

Our bungalow had a wonderful view of the river and natural area beyond, and we loved seeing families of monkeys in the wild and crossing the river into the resort. The resort was surrounded by jungle and very lush with flowers and plants. Breakfast at the restaurant was tasty and the staff were friendly and helpful. We took two excursions through the hotel that were excellent.

A few holes in mosquito nets around beds. It's great they drop free water bottles off each but they leave them out and they get very hot!!

Location perfect for what we wanted. pool was nice to cool off in Arranged trips from hotel isn't a mark up on going rates which is a nice change!! Id definitely upgrade to a Aircon room if available. Watching monkeys invade people's cabins was fun when they're too stupid to shut doors 🤣

A lot of bugs (ants, mosquitoes) and the mosquitoe net was full of wholes. I got bitten a lot. Not the environment if you're scared of bugs.

It felt expensive for what it was and unfortunately like they were trying to get more money out of you at every turn! -100 baht cost to leave your bags at the accommodation unless you do one of their overnight tours, even if you’re staying at the accommodation. -Breakfast not included unless you do one of their bigger tours. We had breakfast when we did the lake tour which was ok but it wasn’t worth the price they are charging and we were asked to pay more for an additional small glass of juice. There is a sign saying their food is more expensive than other places on the street because it is better quality but we didn’t find this to be the case. -300 baht cost for using the small pool unless you’re staying there. -50 baht pick up cost to / from the minivan station although we know some places offer it for free if you stay there. -3% charge to pay by card but 5% charge for external guests. There were a few other things that we found disappointing: -there was no Wi-Fi in the rooms. -the pool was nice for a dip but it wasn’t very clean and had a lot of chlorine. -there are many posters telling you to reduce your use of single use plastic and they have stopped giving plastic straws but when asked if they do water refill to save on buying plastic bottles they say no… you must buy water in plastic bottles. It was a nice place but it felt like they were being quite tight and not very generous or welcoming. It felt like they wanted to make money off you and if you didn’t book a tour through them your experience might not be as positive.

Rooms are set in a lovely garden and the bungalows are spread out between plants and flowers which is very nice and attractive, it feels a long way from the road even though it’s right there! Entrance to the national park is at the end of the road and lots of food/drink on the same street. Nice views from the restaurant area. Our standard room with fan was very nice. We asked for an extra fan which they gave us as we had two single beds and it meant we weren’t hot at night. Mosquito nets and mosquito shutters on the windows. We booked the one day lake tour through the accommodation which was great and we really enjoyed it.

The owner and staff are very friendly. We asked for one night more, which was an easy change in a different room. The breakfast menu is delicious (approx. 150B per dish+ Coffee/Tea/Juice+ Fruits). The bed is comfortable and has a mosquito net. The bathroom is spacious and clean. Nice terass at the front of the room, quiet area and you feeling good being close/ in the nature. Organization of the Transport to Ko Tao was really good- everything worked out well.

Bathroom was a little outdated but everything worked! We also had a fan that wasn’t able to turn in the room which made it warm while sleeping!

Very nice bungalows in the main street in Khao Sok. You could hear the animals all around and there were also monkeys around us! The swimming pool was a nice place to take a dip after a warm day outside. The hotel helped us book our trip for the overnight tour to the lake and stored our bagage while we were gone. Overall great stay!

Pool not as big as it looks in pictures, we were left underwhelmed and didn’t end up using it, however sitting on balcony and admiring scenery made up for it! Lots of ants in bathroom, not a real bother but be careful not to leave food out as I imagine you could have a problem if you do!

Fan rooms cheaper and much comfier than air con rooms we have previously stayed in here before! Better value for money! Balcony was much nicer and we loved sitting out to watch the sunset! Small hole in mosquito screen on window, but after telling staff it was fixed quickly and with no complaint which was great. Fab location!

We felt catfished by the pool, not as big or spacious as pictures indicate and much more shaded too. Not many chairs so felt overcrowded quickly when other guests were there. Aircon wasn’t great, we ended up just using the fan anyway. Some holes in mosquito net. Quite expensive for what it was, have rebooked because we love the location but will be going for a fan-only room next time, as cheaper.

Our bungalow wasn't particularly nice, but it was ok. Breakfast was quite simple also but it was ok.

Conviently located in the centre of Khao Sok village, hotel staff is very nice, they will help you to organise and order all your trips and activities. I liked the common areas, like restaurant and pool. The whole place is very clean and well maintained and the kitchen is great.

Nothing about hotel. Khao Sok National Park was a bit disappointing for us. Trekking options are very limited, even if you hire a guide the hike is not long. and practically you cannot do much without hiring a guide there.

Beautiful bungalows in even more beautiful garden. Feel of the Jungle. Very convenient location. Small but relaxing pool area. Good eating option around. In general, very enjoyable stay. We had room without air conditioning which I didn't notice while making a reservation,:) but it was not too bad, and temperature at night was very pleasant.

The front door lock didn’t properly lock from the inside. There was no wifi in the rooms (only in the reception/restaurant). The is also a lack of lighting leading to the property at night, more lights would be helpful.

Good location and good pool area with plenty of seats and hammocks to relax in. Staff were friendly and helpful in organising tours and transfers. Room was clean and tidy, we had no issues with bugs.

The swimming pool is very very small and it is packed with people and kids so I will not count on it for a relaxing afternoon more for a quick dive.

The hotel is well located next to restaurants and other facilities. They help you with all the tours that you want to do even they kept our luggage for the night we spend in Khao Sok. The rooms are simple but they have everything you need for a few nights. The restaurant is very good, we had breakfast and dinner one time and really enjoy it.
