No wardrobes or similar for your clothes, even though I used the most expensive room. The drain to the shower was half blocked so you had to stand in dirty water when showering. Not the first time that happened to me at a thai hotel. The chairs at the restaurant was very uncomfortable and I can not recommend the two western dishes I tried but the thai food was good.

The beach was not crowded, rather calm and quiet place. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The place was very clean.

Ao Prao area was very well taken care off, but the rest of Island we visited was full of plastic, very dirty. We were wondering why there is an environmental tax to enter Koh Samed, as there is no evidence visible that it would have been used to preserve nature on the island.

Ao Prao location was quiet, with clean beach and water. Refreshments, cocktails/mocktails all available throughout the day and staff was very helpful. Our room with sea view and balcony had really good view and just a seconds away from beach, pool, bar and very quiet at the same time. Really recommended stay when visiting Koh Samed.

There were mosquitos in the room. A mosquito net for the bed would have helped.

Lovely place to relax. The sea is always calmed and there is a beautiful sunset. Amazing staff, working so hard, always with a smile. The food was incredible and not expensive.

Due to its proximity to Bangkok the island gets very busy at weekends, and the rooms more expensive with the beach crowded. If you do come at that time make sure to get a room with a large balcony/terrace.

Excellent location, attentive staff and great coffee- not always the case! Superb fire shows on Friday and Saturday.

Absolutely excellent choice on Koh Samet. Beautiful beach front location at the end of the road with no traffic and only two other resorts. Great beach with kayaks and SUP's included in price - another advantage. Rooms simple but fine - and we had a stunning sea view balcony at D4. Nice breakfast - good happy hour - fine food and drinks from the menu. Last but not least: Great staff everywhere.

Due to current renovations, there was constant noise during our stay. The rooms and property appeared to be in much worse shape than in the photos and our room was very uncomfortable so we asked for an upgrade. I would not recommend booking a room without a balcony! The breakfast was not the best and there are no hot water kettles in the rooms to make your own coffee, etc. The food was overall mediocre, but there are nicer places to eat nearby. Notice: you cannot drive down to the hotel via motorbike/car. You must walk up/down a hill along a pathway to get to the hotel.

Overall, the property was very nice although currently experiencing renovations. The pool was beautiful as is the view. It’s a very quiet part of the island with free use of paddle boards and other water sport equipment. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive.

- Breakfast could’ve been better, advise to stick to local options rather than western. - The beach staff at the resort who provided us with paddle boards & kayaks didn’t informed us that we needed to wear life jackets and stick to the shallow bay area , and we were chased down by staff about it as it is National Park law. Communication between staff could be better. - When the tide goes out, heaps of plastic little lines the beach & although this is part of a much wider problem, it would be great to see resorts do regular beach cleans as part of their responsibility to the environment & for guests, as it was really sad to see.

Perfect location on a quiet & beautiful beach. Lovely room with a sea view & upgraded to a balcony room which we loved. Pool overlooking the sea was a great place to relax with a cocktail. Evening fire show also good entertainment.

Maybe because of the low season, the service at the restaurant was rather slow, even if there was hardly nobody!! But every staff are very smily and helpful.

Excellent welcoming in this resort. Staff have done their best to satisfy my need. Especially, they provided snorkling equipment like it was mentioned in the description of the amenities. Great stay, great beach, no jet-skis or other engines roaring and plolluting. Breakfast very generous especially after the morning first bath!

Most of the staff are friendly except the manager ( not sure but believe he is) I had and issue with the air conditioner in the room. My trip was 2 nights stay with my brother in law stayed in different room. His room was icy cold but my room was a bit warm (Thailand weather is hot and super hot). It’s and obviously comparison between 2 rooms. I and my wife were not just panicked. I was sweating at the first night. Asked the mgr to change the room but he said not issue with it and no room to change at the beginning. Thanks god I booked my hotel with Booking.com I requested to leave early and find another hotels in this island. Once I requested to change, they were kindly upgraded the room for us. really appreciate 😊 + Food at the restaurant are super super slow as complaints in other reviews , tried for 2 nights Same speed both

Great location with almost private beach (share with 3 hotels at this location) This is only the hotel that comes with activities gears for hire (Paddle-boards, surfboards, life vests and Kayaks) and all these are free. Just bring your own snorkelling gears (hygiene reason). Greatest price in this area. Clean room and Good Breakfast
