Far from BTS train stop BUT there are plenty of bus stops. Buses are a little confusing for a first time foreigner. You'll get the hang of it. Ask the hosts.

The hosts were welcoming and kind! The room was perfect for those with active days. Nice to come back to even if it's late at night.

When I am in Bangkok for a few days, I always stop here because I have known the KC GUESTHOUSE since 2012! It is a very family guesthouse and everyone is so nice! See you soon Ploy ;-)

Inconsiderate people in others rooms, slamming doors and dragging furniture around after 2am. Which is out of the control of the guesthouse. But I had that for 3 out of 4 nights I stayed. The mattress could have been softer.

The location is brilliant. Over the road from the shuttle bus from the airport. Very close to the pier for easier access to lots of excellent must see locations. Within walking distance to Khao San Road. The food served in the restaurant was very good. The staff are lovely.

Clean rooms, great location close to Khao San Road and for a really reasonable price. Restaurant below which is connected to the Guest House also has cheap and reliable Thai food. Highly recommend

The Room was cozy and just right for the price being quite affordable. There was no Elevator but the owner gave us a lower floor room since we had a lot of bags.

The location is Great! I've stayed near Soi Rambuttri decades as it's a great hippyish area, great people watching, shopping, lot's of great restaurants and coffee shops. The room is clean, huge comfy bed and the owners and staff are wonderful, kind, helpful. Great restaurant, food here too. I highly recommend this hotel, I'll definitely be back, Thank you krubs! 😊 💕🙏🏻

Best and peaceful environment! If you’re a couple then its best for you because you relax more after day out and sleep well ! Big beds and clean hygienic restroom ! Even if you’re solo and want peaceful stay, this is must for you ! All the hosts are beyond kind and Helpful 🍀

It would have been nice to have a bin in the room, and toilet paper in the bathrooms.

The location was amazing, staff were so accommodating and super friendly, and the bedroom was comfortable with a great AC.

Perfect location, away for the crowd of Khao San road but still easy to access to public transport. Clean, quiet and very friendly staff. Food in the restaurant is good too & great smoothies:) 7-11 close by.

I booked a room for 2 so my friend can stay with me but the night guard didn't allow my friend to go to my room with me :( Maybe the guard thought I'm just alone but my friend was just 1 day late coming from Laos. So I was a bit sad. The bed was also very hard 😃 Other than that, all good.

Staff was very kind, especially Ploy, she's very nice, and always gives me water. She even gave me free fruit shake, so sweet of her. Even the guy getting orders at the cafe is really nice. Overall, it was amazing, I stayed for a week ☺️

Sink is too high, really uncomfortable shave and wash. Water pressure in the shower is weak. Not have clothes hangers in the room.

Great location, 7/11 on first floor. Clean room and bathroom / toilets. Good AC, big bed. Rigid mattress (I like it). Nice lounge.
