We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SingaporeWe love the location of the hotel as it has its private beach (the waves can be very strong). We had the sea-facing view and our room is also near to the pools and the breakfast. The spread and the quality of the breakfast is good, The service crew is friendly and helpful. There is also light entertainment facilities like table tennis, and snooker table and some other hotel activities you can join.

BahrainWe booked two rooms: the Junior Suite Ocean Front, which was outdated with furniture in poor condition, and the pillows were hard in both rooms. The mattress was also uncomfortable. However, the Thani Wing Grand Suite was clean, spacious, and featured an amazing view. The location was outstanding, conveniently situated near the beach and shops.
The staff were exceptionally kind and friendly. The facilities included seven swimming pools, and the beach was stunning. The breakfast was very good, but it did not offer a diverse selection of options.

TurkeyThere are mosquitoes in the hotel and when you get bitten it itches even more. Be prepared for exotic mosquitoes. The hotel's pest control is weak. Ocean wave sound can be annoying after a while. We were disturbed by cigarette smoke coming from the air conditioning system embedded in the building system. Our neighbor has done something forbidden. He was probably discouraged and we never heard from him again. BUT isn't there a detector? Why wasn't the alarm raised? Smoking weed is allowed in Thailand, and if we smelled weed coming from the air conditioning, would we be smoking weed as a family? This is a big handicap

United KingdomThere is another building that is NOT overlooking the ocean in which i would stay away from as its crowded its called the bhuri wing. Were there any ants 🐜 in the room? yes due to the tropical weather but it did not bother me at all.
One of the best resorts I have visited and it wont be my last time Reading through the reviews before booking put me off slightly.. however after my stay here il tell you do not hesitate book your room. Me and my husband stayed in the ocean front suite room 2311 it was a a blast. It’s the last suite located in the corner you get the privacy and the view. If you want something near the activities and pool book a junior suite with pool and beach view. Everything in this resort is amazing the service, spa and beach is soo soft and sandy. Breakfast is good. They have a small clinic inside the resort too. A small coffee shop that sells specialty coffee and another two shops for snacks and clothes. We tried the thai restaurant which was tasty but expensive (we ordered lobster which costs 1200 bht)
