The surrounding area is a little run down but you can easily jump in a cab to lots of great places near by

There were no hotel food/ bar facilities after 5pm other than room service.

Breakfast selection was good, The pool bar cocktails were lovely. There was good shade around the lower pool areas. The rooftop pool was excellent. Especially for sunset The location is excellent for either side of Kata beach. U

The wifi in our room was non existent, which was inconvenient ( but as it took two teenagers off their phones for the week, I could deal with it!). We didn’t really use the pool as the beach was so beautiful and easily accessible, the pool had a bit of an old school resort vibe with lots of sun lounges all squashed into every bit of spare space, which wasn’t very appealing to us, but plenty of other people seemed to be enjoying the area. The buffet breakfast was just ok.

Family rooms were spacious and well equipped. Very comfortable beds and I loved the dressing room area, hiding all the bags away and lots of space to hang clothes etc. The resort is very well Located with the beach, shopping and great restaurants and night markets all within a short walk. Loved the traditional Thai decor in the family room, please don’t ever change it, it’s gorgeous!

A bit unorganised as we had a delay with our room, and wasn't ready at check in. With a bit of a hiccup and wait, we were upgraded. We had a short wait compared to some other guests

The pool layout and the buffet breakfast was fantastic! Rooms are quite spacious and very accommodating.

Nothing! They are doing upgrades at the moment as the rooms are a little old - but nothing to complain about.

Room very dark. Trees overhanging balcony lovely but a bit thick making room very dark and too much shading in balcony. Perhaps advise guests to only take what breakfast they can eat. Very disappointed to see how much food people put on their plates and left most of it. A difficult problem to address.

Great location away from busy road,yet close to beach and restaurants. Nice and clean, comfortable. Staff helpful.

Drinks a little expensive at pool bar. On main street but beach not as close as it looks on map as you must walk around.

Nobody smiling, the resort could be very good place if they focusing more to details. After a hevy rain the pool was full of died insects and leafs/flowers from the trees, which is normal, but really nobody tried to clean. The aircondition in the room wasnt worked well, our cloths was full wet after 2 night stay. Full with rude russian guests.

didn't really like the breakfast, but my family was OK with it. Value for money I guess. Ended up ordering deliveries or goin out for breakie - both really convenient and just a bit more expensive options

pool was great, room was tidy. AC worked great. Location is also good. It is great value for money. I was a bit suspiscous about this hotel but my family wanted to stay here so I didn't mind. In the end none of my worries turned out to be true. Have seen bad reviews here - haven't met anything described. Bath suits two people easily - if you want to have it, my advise is to fill it up with hot water first and let it sit - it is made out of thick ceramic and can be called without preheating.

- Staff does not speak much English. Vast majority of the tourists are Russians, hence they speak Russian. Thus, you will probably not get a response when you have questions. - I asked if they could help with checking the bus schedules which I could not find online. They said no and told me to go to the bus terminal to check it. Hotel receptions or someone in the hotel generally have this type of info or check it for you. It was not the case here. - They take $100 deposit during check in. I asked for the reason but we could not communicate. I took it back during check out but would be good if this was mentioned during the booking. - Some guests were picking/touching food with their hands, licking fingers and then touching other food. It was a bummer! I saw signs in the restaurant telling guests not to do that but many did not seem to care.

It’s a bit old and outdated. The main door wasn’t working properly and needs to be replaced. Some of the furnitures needs care, or replacement. Bathtub had lots of scale on it and wasn’t inviting, although originally beautiful.

The stuff was super nice, attentive and helpful. Bed was comfortable. The balcony to the pool is beautiful. The ropes are beautiful.

A lot of focus on charging for lost keys and towels.. but that did not impact us. but worth knowing.

Excellent breakfast, superb pools and tropical feel garden. Excellent swim up bars and staff were all great ! Everything you needed ! Laundry service was cheap and superb. Easy to get sunbeds .. which was a nice change. Very useful having a booking company for cabs and tours on site that gave excellent deals.

No view from our room. Shortage of umbrellas round the pools. Not enough coffee/milk left daily, always had to ask for more.

Location was excellent. Beach, shops, restaurants nearby. Hotel was clean and room was cleaned daily with clean towels left daily. Good choice of breakfast. Roof top pool was amazing, lovely views. Tour guide in reception was very helpful. Tea/coffee/water in room and mini bar reasonably priced.
