the water drainage in the entrance of the hotel was very smelly and very bad and dirty

Unfortunately I needed a doctor during our stay. I called hotel reception in the night and was told to 'call back because he was busy'. I needed a doctor fairly urgently so to be told to call back is not acceptable.

We initially had a room with connecting doors with a very noisy neighbour who seemed to always be on speaker phone, so we could hear everything when trying to sleep. In fairness when we complained about this we were moved straight away to another without connecting doors. Our tip would be to try to get a room without connecting doors to avoid this problem.

Location with direct access to beach was excellent. Staff were all very friendly, attentive and helpful. Room had everything you could need and very comfortable (the provided umbrellas were very useful!). Breakfast was excellent with lots of food options. Pool area was excellent with plenty of loungers and views directly onto the beach (and wonderful sunsets!).

I was expecting a little bit more variety on fresh fruit for breakfast, and on the European breakfast menu, but overall it was not that bad.

Wonderful food at the Kata Beach Restaurant for dinner. Excellent SPA, location right on Kata Beach was perfect. The beach does not belong to the hotel, so you have to pay 100 BHT for each sunbed.

there were a few aspects that could be improved. I ordered a pizza from the restaurant that was quite disappointing. I also had dinner at the restaurant once, and unfortunately, the service was not the best. Breakfast was quite generic and lacked Thai influence. One of the most frustrating aspects of my stay was the nightly singing that continued until after 10 p.m. I didn’t come to the beach in Thailand to listen to ABBA covers. A light piano would have been much more appropriate for the location, or even better, no music at all to allow the soothing sound of the waves to take center stage.

I recently stayed at this beautiful contemporary beach resort and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Kata, with everything you could possibly need just a few meters away from the resort. The pool access was lovely, providing a refreshing escape with easy access from our room. The beach was fantastic—clean, expansive, and perfect for a day of relaxation. I also appreciated the resort's commitment to protecting the environment, especially their initiative to provide glass bottled water instead of plastic. The lobby was stunning, setting the tone for the entire stay. The decor throughout the resort was on point, with a perfect blend of Thai contemporary style that added to the overall ambiance. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a luxurious and environmentally-conscious stay in Kata!

The room had sand all over the floor which wasn’t cleaned before our stay, the room was a bit old and the toilet didn’t work properly/the bidet went everywhere when you tried to use it.

The shower in our room wouldn't stay on one temperature and would keep going from extreme hot to cold. The facilities like the restaurant and beach area were poorly maintained and looked a bit old. Otherwise, everything else was very good

The room was very clean and comfortable. The resort can provide you with island hopping trips and multiple other services. The location was quite good and accessible.

It has a superb location in Kata - directly onto the beach & into the town from the back - great pool, postcard pretty beach / cove and deluxe room spacious. The breakfast buffet was huge with plenty of variety for all tastes.

Recent rains had taken a layer of sand off the beach so it was fairly hard and not comfortable to walk or relax on. The room was not properly clean for example the floor was sticky and still had traces of sand on it.
