Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United StatesCoffee could have been better....it seems that milk for one's coffee is in scarce supply. Breakfast food was plentiful. No laundry service at hotel but a very good place just a few doors down. Getting to/from airport can mean LOTS of traffic, but it's easy to get around town once you are here.
Our host was exceptionally gracious & she made our stay feel homey and warm. Rooms are pristine, and the hotel grounds are a little island of peace and beauty within the bustling city. The breakfast is lovingly prepared to order...with some local yummy breakfast foods as bonus. The Kasayapi is a great location for sightseeing, and close to subway, taxis, tuktuks. There's a local marketplace right next door.

IndiaI liked everything.
Kasayapi was a dream stay from start to finish. Noom is a born host, she made me feel like Bangkok was my home. She was helpful above and beyond in absolutely every regard. The breakfast was sensational. The Thai option of course. When in Rome. The design and attention to detail is felt in every aspect. Id only ever stay here when visiting Bangkok again.

NorwayOverall experience had an authentic and personal touch. While staying in a busy city as Bangkok, the hotel is a secluded oasis, that provides the feeling of a relaxed village. The breakfast was great, and the host was very attentive and helpful.

NetherlandsI have nothing to complain about!
Located on the Wat Arun side of the river ( more local ) , only 50 meters from metro (MRT) Itsaraphap, food market next to it, so for us it could not be better, you will find the Kasayapi Boutique hotel. We travel quite a lot but such personal attention from Noom and her lovely sister we have never experienced in an other hotel. She provides you with tips where to eat, to go, how to travel the most convinient way, endlessly! 10+++. The hotel has lovely rooms, each in an other theme. Very comfy beds, garden and a lovely pool to relax. In future we will certainly return.

RomaniaNoom, the owner, is running a magnificent place, that gives you the exact vibe of a Thai temple in the heart of the city. The design is stylish, super clean but most amazingly the hospitality is at its best. She helped us book a private guide & tour and helped us plan everything.

United KingdomEvery aspect of Kasayapi exceeded our expectations!
We loved everything about Kasayapi, especially the owner, Noom! You will not find a more wonderful place to stay in Bangkok. It is truly an oasis in the centre of the city. (The MRT stop is 2 minutes walk and you are only one stop away from The Grand Palace, 3 stops away from Chinatown) Once the gates close behind you, you are in a lush, quiet garden. The rooms are delightful, full of gorgeous little touches, and a huge comfortable bed. Breakfast is a delicious homely affair. Noom will do anything and everything to make your stay the best it can be. She is so friendly and helpful, a real pleasure to stay with.

AustraliaEverything was perfect.
Loved staying at Kasayapi. Our room and bathroom spacious, beautifully designed and appointed and very clean. Delicious breakfasts with choices of local cuisine or continental. Easy to get to from the airport. Inner city location in a neighbourhood rather than a commercial district was wonderful. Markets, restaurants, sights and the metro station which links up to the airport all easily accessed. Best of all were the staff who provided great service. Co-owner Noom is an exceptional host with a friendly, helpful manner and a wealth of local knowledge to make our time in Bangkok the best it could possibly be. She also wears great clothes! Highly recommended.

SpainThe Kasayapi Hotel is a haven of peace in the middle of Bangkok, very well connected by the Metro. The owner Noom is a lovely person who will make you feel at home and will give you good advice on what to visit, where to eat and where to do the best shopping in Bangkok. The rooms are spacious and quiet, they are very clean and the mattress is very good to rest and sleep peacefully. You can't miss their breakfasts, both continental and Thai. An experience that I will repeat for sure 100%. Highly recommended!

United KingdomIt was perfect! Nothing negative to say at all.
We stayed at Kasayapi hotel both at the beginning and end of our one month stay in Thailand. It is by far the nicest accommodation we stayed in. I loved the local location, a little away from the centre of Bangkok. The property is its own little peaceful oasis but yet only a two minute walk to the metro station that links you to the centre of the city. Fantastic choice of food. The local mango and sticky rice store just down the road was the best I had in Thailand. Noom and her crew were all so lovely, Noom gave us so many excellent recommendations and provided us with a freshly cooked breakfast each morning that was delicious. This is a really gorgeous boutique hotel. I hope I can visit again in the future. Thank you Noom and team!

DenmarkFabulous hotel or rather secret little hidden oasis in the middle of the city. It's an ideal starting point to get around in Bangkok, since underground, scooter taxis and tuk tuks are literally just outside the gate. Noomi and her sister are wonderful hosts; welcoming, informative, and soooo helpful. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Bangkok.

The gardens are beautiful, rooms exceptionally clean and well maintained with attention to detail paid throughout. Extremely comfy bed and toiletries, snacks and water provided too. Breakfast was Thai food and easily the best of the whole trip. Noom gave us lots of tips throughout our stay and helped us with logistics of getting around too.

An absolutely incredible experience. The owners take care of their guests even before arrival, and upon arrival you will be charmed by the lady of the house who speaks fluent English. The accommodation process is instant and you can enjoy it. A small market near the hotel - the possibility of eating, if you want to enjoy real street food like us. 100 m from the subway, tuk-tuk station. Ms. Noom will gladly advise and help you with trips, requirements, and dreams. The breakfast served is fantastic, something different every day from both intercontinental and Thai cuisine. Fruit, just beautiful. I recommend experiencing everything with your own eyes. For us, it is a new benchmark for travel hotels. Even with a tear in my eye at the end when we said goodbye as a family. And we will definitely be back

It is an oasis of calm in the less traveled side of the river. Great location and easy access to all parts of the city. The house and layout is well designed, quiet and spacious. The room was super comfortable, felt very private and super clean. Breakfast was delicious and different every morning. There is a sweet pool to cool off the heat. Noom is really a super star host! United StatesNothing. Everything was great.
Noom is amazing. She is in constant communication with you throughout your stay. She makes sure that you are having an amazing time by recommending all of the great spots. The actual facility is beyond a wall and when you are inside it doesn’t feel like you are in Bangkok. As soon as the doors close it immediately becomes quiet. It is not in the city center so you do have to take the metro to get into the city. We did not mind because the metro is less than a two min walk and one short stop from everything. The room was beautiful and clean. The bed was the softest throughout our whole vacation through Thailand and Vietnam. 100% recommend. You will not regret it!
