Not much to do around, no bars, restaurants for people who would like to have fun. It’s was a quiet area which worked for us

Honestly, the price you pay for a 3 star was just above equal. It was nice, the breakfast was standard not continental but standard. Plus I love my ranges of cheeses nothing was available. There should have more hot food variances. However on a tight budget they did managed well.

Shower overflows onto floor. Bathroom could do with update. Bed was a rock. Two king singles used to make a double was uncomfortable when sleeping in the middle.

Good size room. Good pool. Good breakfast. Two free bottles of water each day. Great location

There’s no view from any of the rooms. It faces another building just in 100 meters.

The location is great. Just need to cross the street to access the beach. Rooms are big and clean. Stuff is friendly and helpful.

There is no bidet. Check out takes a while as someone checks over everything in your room, which wasn't a big deal, but something to keep in mind if you have something scheduled.

Karon Princess is in a great location- across the main street from the beach, next to a food stand night market, within a block to massage, currency exchange (albeit not the best rate), 7-11 and juice shops. It's really close to outdoor stands for clothes, souvenirs, etc. The shower gets hot, AC cold, bed is comfortable, and there is a great bathtub. The pool is big and is a good temperature. We were near the back by the pool, which was a longer walk to the beach, but was very quiet and relaxing. We weren't used to the time change and were easily able to get Grab Food or 7-11 breakfast at 4 am.

The keys - had to ask one more card so that the AC will be on at all times. For us, the breakfast wasn't good at all. verity was ok, but the taste was bad.

They welcomed us with a glass of juice and a big smile. The rooms were great, had a beautiful view. We were upgraded which made it to a great value for money hotel. One room had an AC issue, the staff kindly gave us a different room to sleep in, and they fixed the issue on the next day. Big pool, no kids pool, or a shallow part to the pool, it was written 1.3m buy was definitely deeper

Great location over the road from Karon beach. Near good restaurants and markets. Bus stop nearby, can travel to the airport which goes via Patong and Phuket. Staff were lovely, friendly and polite. Breakfast was great, an egg station, cooked how you want them including omelettes made individually. Cereals, toast, pastries, fresh fruit, hot items including noodles and sausages. Coffee and teas, milk and juices. The pool was lovely and clean and there was a second pool near our room. Neither were busy and there were enough sunbeds. Our room was very spacious and clean, it had a huge bed, a bath and separate shower, a safe, fridge and drinks in the fridge which were only a couple of bhats to purchase. There was a kettle. Tea, coffee and coffee mate sachets. 2 complimentary waters were provided daily. We had a great view from our balcony. The spa was closed as far as we could see for the duration of our holiday and the restaurant was a little quiet other than breakfast time.

Amazing location, the hotel itself has a nice pool, was in maintenance while I stayed however they courteously allowed us to use the neighboring hotels pool.

1. They don't have hand showers in the toilet seats which is a bit odd in Thailand 2. We were given rooms in the second building which was a bit of a walk. Not a complaint, but with my mum with us, we'd ve preferred something closer

The only problem we faced with the property was an additional payment for breakfast which was not mentioned at the time of booking.

Location and Rooms are good. Facilities are standard as per budget. Breakfast options are good.
