getting to and from the room was a little bit inconvenient especially when it was raining.

room and view were very nice. didn't get a chance to use the pool because it was either raining or they closed relatively early so whenever we would get home it would be closed, but from what i could see it looked very nice.

The hike to the rooms as the conveyer belt was broken. However they had a shuttle to and from room if you were happy to wait.

The staff, location and hotel room with a view. Close to the beach and free shuttle to the beach. Such a beautiful place to stay.

Really nice view from the hotel and swimming pool, which was really good, not big, but enough! Overall the hotel is good, but some reconstruction is needed, a bit old. The room and shower were clean, but didn’t like the bed and pillow, was uncomfortable for me.. breakfast is ok, not too many choices for 4 stars hotel and didn’t change at all for 4 days. Location is ok, but you better to have a bike here, to the beach is about 20-25 min by walk, but there is a transfer every hour. We lived in building 6, almost on the top and it was about 150 high steps to lobby, so be prepared) not recommended to older people and with children. There is golf car transfer inside in hotel, but doesn’t work in rainy day and fully understand why! Good wi fi, towels for the swimming pool and for beach

There weren't many options for the gluten free breakfast. The position of the resort is not on the beach and at night is better to use taxis to move around.

The hotel was nice, clean and the staff was available and kind. The pool was incredible and the services overall really satisfying.

The only downside were the matresses being very firm. The linen and pillows were very comfortable other than that. The altitude would not be ideal with young children but for 4 adults, it was great value for the space we had in the suite. The food was average in the hotel but there are plenty of options in the main street.

The family suite was super spacious, with two bathrooms, 3 balconies - one with a private spa bath. The location was close to town - there is a shuttle but it was an easy walk as the weather is mild at this time of year. The staff were friendly, and although the rooms are located on a steep hillside, there is a cart to take you there on demand, and it is well worth it for the view. Karon itself is more laidback than Patong and as the starting point of our trip was a nice way to unwind.

Up such a big hill 😅 the staff in the restaurant were very slow (ate there three times) and everytime we had to ask for menus and waited a long time to order

The view, the beds (super comfy and large), the rooms are big, the staff are friendly, daily cleaning, infinity pool. LOVED how to buggy pick you up from room and take you down :)

You have go carts to take you up and down from your hotel which are not always there when needed

Sometimes I got the feeling that the hotel staffs treated some guests more warmly.

The breakfast was really perfect, you can find whatever you need, fried rice,fried nodules, chicken,soup, fresh vegetables and salad, great coffee and.... Eating breakfast in a cozy and quiet place with pleasant morning air, like living in the paradise.

If you like steps you’ll love this place. Be prepared to walk 100 steep steps if it’s raining. Quite a walk to the beach, although the offer transport. Don’t bother paying extra for the outside spa bath, takes an age to fill and doesn’t stay full.

- Everything is a little run-down, still okay, but a renovation is needed - No power outlets at the bed - A/C is loud - Almost nothing works in the gym

- Very friendly staff members - Very spacious room - Quiet area - 24h transportation service from the lobby to your room - Good and fast Wi-Fi connection in the whole hotel area. - Hourly shuttle service to the beach and back from 11am-5pm - Excellent room service, food was delicious and fast

1) Although the pick up to the room upstairs was mostly always available, but when it rained it was slippery and because it was on a steep hill then tbe pick up car couldn't go to high levels so we needed to take the steep stairs and walk to get to our rooms. 2) Breakfast menu is a bit limited. 3) Only one restaurant is available and they close early at 10:30 PM so you need to either get food from outside or order from grab application is you want to eat anything after 10 PM

Amazing open view. Place itself is lovely and I loved that it's surrounded by houses so you can walk from the hotel to the main street and see the neighborhoods and how locals live in their beautiful and authentic houses.

Location is a steep walk to the main street / beach, it takes a while. TV is dated and the beds are hard. They're very strict on the 12noon check out, coming to collect your bags before midday

Room was big with a lovely balcony where you could watch sunset. The swimming pool was lovely and the breakfast buffet was good. A quiet hotel with no noise at night.

The rooms sound huge but they are not,, I needed to book other room A lot of climbing in this facility - there is a golf cart but it needs like 2-5 min waiting time and it is not working in rain ,,

The view ,,, is a killer,,, you live and die for this view,, and the view in swimming pool is fantastic

Everything was well taken care and much thanks to the front office and housekeeping staff, the views are lovely and the pool views are awesome, just a lot of walk and steep slopes but they have a buggy with well attended guys, excellent team work
