We booked three rooms. One of the rooms have sewer smell coming from bath tub. They tried to fix it, but I guess it needs more tools and time. The pool was only open as we were told 7am to 7pm. Would be nice to hang out by pool til 10 pm.

The hotel was clean and has a nice view of town and beach. Rooms are very spacious, sheets smelt like flowers. Breakfast was wonderful. Staff are accomodating. Pool was in perfect site for sunset and sunrise. Actually, balconies can give a nice sunset view already. The shuttle driver to the beach was very accomodating.

Breakfast was bit of a letdown - there was nothing apart from fruits for vegetarians While I enjoyed climbing 100 steps to walk up to the room as I am trying to lose weight , my partner hated it. Buggy pick up and drop off service to the room was almost never available, may have used it once in one week stay. No iron in the room and each day had to call for it. Property is a bit dated, reminds of hotels from the 90s.

It was a bit tired. The jacuzzi didn’t work and they only had 5 umbrellas. The road was a bit broken up.

The pool looking over the resort was fabulous. The staff were friendly and helpful and the food at the hotel was very good.

Oddly there were zero reviews talking about the stairs and amount of walking you'll end up doing while staying here. 8 different buildings on 8 different levels all on different grades. Being in my 30's, I'm able to walk these massively inclined stairs, but no matter what shape you're in, you're sweating by the time you get back to your room. We had 11 people staying here, all of us in a different building. very tough gathering us all together with the resort being so large. They do offer golf cart transportation, but it's more sporadic than they think. Also, rides aren't offered while it's raining. This weekend we saw a lot of people walking the very steep inclines and stairs. There's no way an older couple would be able to stay here. The Grab/Taxi transportation won't even drive you up the hill to the entrance. They park at the bottom and make you walk up with your luggage.

The staff are very welcoming and very attentive to our needs. There was always someone available at the front desk for questions and concerns. Beach transportation was very convenient. Most definitely the best pool with a view in Phuket. The swim up bar is icing on the cake!

Lots of stairs, although a buggy that can take you to room it doesn’t run when raining so you have to walk up hundreds of stairs, especially on 7th block. Small pool with not many sun loungers, we went in October so okay but peak season could be very busy.

Many, many stairs. This is fine, as they have a small golf car that takes you up and down the steep hill (but rain can effect if it’s in operation).

The family room I stayed in had a connecting door to the next room, which made it easy to hear noise from the other side. One night, an Indian woman was speaking loudly on the phone in the middle of the night. When I asked the receptionist to call her and ask her to quiet down, they initially told me to check myself. It took several explanations before they finally called her.

The resort is in a good location, just a short walk from Karon Beach. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the pool area is nice, though it can get crowded during sunset with people taking pictures. The staff is generally friendly, and the breakfast buffet offers a decent selection, even if the food quality is average.

The hike to the rooms as the conveyer belt was broken. However they had a shuttle to and from room if you were happy to wait.

Really nice view from the hotel and swimming pool, which was really good, not big, but enough! Overall the hotel is good, but some reconstruction is needed, a bit old. The room and shower were clean, but didn’t like the bed and pillow, was uncomfortable for me.. breakfast is ok, not too many choices for 4 stars hotel and didn’t change at all for 4 days. Location is ok, but you better to have a bike here, to the beach is about 20-25 min by walk, but there is a transfer every hour. We lived in building 6, almost on the top and it was about 150 high steps to lobby, so be prepared) not recommended to older people and with children. There is golf car transfer inside in hotel, but doesn’t work in rainy day and fully understand why! Good wi fi, towels for the swimming pool and for beach

There weren't many options for the gluten free breakfast. The position of the resort is not on the beach and at night is better to use taxis to move around.

The hotel was nice, clean and the staff was available and kind. The pool was incredible and the services overall really satisfying.

The only downside were the matresses being very firm. The linen and pillows were very comfortable other than that. The altitude would not be ideal with young children but for 4 adults, it was great value for the space we had in the suite. The food was average in the hotel but there are plenty of options in the main street.

The family suite was super spacious, with two bathrooms, 3 balconies - one with a private spa bath. The location was close to town - there is a shuttle but it was an easy walk as the weather is mild at this time of year. The staff were friendly, and although the rooms are located on a steep hillside, there is a cart to take you there on demand, and it is well worth it for the view. Karon itself is more laidback than Patong and as the starting point of our trip was a nice way to unwind.
