No ice station, freezer in bar fridge in room was locked tight, couldn't open. No small milk provided in room to make coffee/tea. New soft pillows would have made it more comfortable.more landscaping around the pool with hardy plants would have made the area pop more, the grass around the pool untidy, hedging would be more visually appealing

Absolute best location with sea views. Staff were friendly & the breakfast buffet was really good. Room service meals were delicious! All rooms facing pool & the sea which was great, nice authentic Thai character, great comfortable bed. Spacious room. Will definitely be back again

The view from the rooms is amazing, you can watch the sunset from the balcony. The location is a short walk from the centre of both Karon and Kata beach.

No jet water spray in toilet which is a big issue for us considering our hygiene requirements. They charged extra money just for checking out at 1:30pm. I stayed in various hotels across the world and no hotel asked for money until 1-2pm

The location is amazing, right on the beach. Many shops and restaurants closeby.

toilet seat is very low almost to the water level in the toilet shower water changes by itself from very warm to very hot to cold one staff person in the reception was not very hospitable. people leave their beach towels on the pool chairs to take up chairs and then disapear for hours so you may not have a place to sit around the pool

Although hotel has ‘no reserving pool seats with towels all day’ policy, unfortunately it is NOT enforced. Room was interlocking with other guests and it was noisy. Drilling early in the morning. Maids coming around to clean rooms far too early thus creating lots of noise.

No lift but at least a very friendly member of the staff carried the luggage to our room. A younger female receptionist was not very friendly and accommodating. We had our passports in the luggage and she expected us to open it in front of her and give her the passports immediately upon check in

I paid for upgrade deluxe ocean view room, but room was stuck next to wall with very limited view. not worth it. i asked to change, but even more money demanded.

The reception staff could have been more professional. No bidet for the toilet. The price is more for this resort as it is beachfront.

The bed was super comfy. The room was spacious. All the rooms faced the sea. Breakfast spread was good. The staff was very friendly. You can do snorkelling right in front of the resort . Shops and restaurants are just outside the hotel, which is situated on the main road.

The room was lovely but felt damp and had a musty smell. Not sure why because all clean. There were plenty of sun beds but the guests adopted the get up at 6 to reverse with towels and leave them sitting there half the day. The hotel stated they would remove belongings if this happened but nothing was done. Very difficult to police. The drinks at the swim up bar were very expensive for Thailand.

The location. Right on the sea front. Quiet , clean part of the beach. Easy access to the Kata market for great authentic Thai food. The rooms, hotel and pools was clean. Breakfast - good selection. Attentive staff everywhere. Allowed to check in room two hours early. Amazing sea view.
