Honestly there was nothing to not like. But if I was being overly strict, the varieties between the breakfast among days is missing. Very overlapping similar menu.

Loved the property. It is right on Kamala beach. The beach is beautiful with excellent resturants and food joints around. The environment is stunning fringed with green coconut trees and mangroves tree. The staff is friendly and the pool bar serves up well. The room we stayed overlooked the sea and the garden. The rooms are spacious and well equipped with the little details.

Booked a twin room, got one king bed so ended up with me sleeping on the couch which was disappointing. Bed and couch were rock hard! Also demanded a 5000THB room deposit which we hadn’t been told about prior.

Great facilities, great staff in restaurant and pool area. Easy to get to beach, pools, tours etc.

There’s nothing I didn’t like. but if I had to try and find fault it would be the following. 1. There are two restaurants at this resort and only one was open. The one closest to the beach which would have been cooler with the seabreeze was not open on this occasion. The one restaurant that was open was lovely and great food. The gym is great and has lots of glass windows which is nice with have the views and natural lighting. however, from an environmental perspective, if there were blinds at the windows you could pull them down and keep the heat out and not need to use the Aircon as much in the room so this is really just a suggestion for future improvement and money saving for the hotel.

Beautiful resort. 4 lovely swimming pools, close to the beach, great food, friendly staff. Lovely rooms. Good fitness classes. Worth every penny.

It is a beach front property with plenty of pools. The restaurant offers great selection. The staff are friendly and helpful. I loved my entire stay.

Smoking area at the main pool bar was not cleaned regularly (dirty ashtrays and empty beverage bottles and glasses)

Best value for money massages out of all the hotels we visited (note that you cannot book the massage to your room). Large bar fridge in the room. Aircon worked very well. Great breakfast. Restaurant reasonably priced. Staff very friendly. Clean swimming pools.

When we checked in we were told we had a free room upgrade but our room had the most awful smell coming from a drain in the bathroom. Smelt like sewage it was awful & got worse by the day. The cleaners were trying to cover the drain with cloth or a towel. It was horrific Cocktail were also not good at all

Chose here is it was listed to have 4 bars, 2 restaurants, 4 pools & daily activities. Which is correct but it failed to state that only 1 restaurants was open is the dates we stayed it was low season, activities were speed between this hotel & the one next door that was full of kids. We specifically choose Sunprime as its adult only. Hard to get served at the pool bars. One end of the hotel was very clean, super quiet & relaxing. Then the far end closer to the beach was extremely busy music playing all day more of partying style. Conventionally a little shop onsite but paying hotel prices. Room service was fast, food was hot & tasty. Good menu to choose from. Lots of variety to choose from at breakfast. Reception staff were great they helps us book some trips & shows

Sunprime Resort was just the full resort experience we were after. It is a big resort and yet it felt peaceful and respectful of everyone. The breakfast was an amazing buffet with so much choice of fresh foods and 2 locations- one ocean side and one pool side. The staff were lovely! The gardens are lush and beautiful. The location is close to so much of what Phuket has to offer, yet it is peaceful. The beach is beautiful and has good vibes. Highly recommend.

Sunprime pools very warm in April and not that refreshing, thankfully Andaman Sea outside the front for a frolic and cool off. Aircon is a must otherwise as if the heat don't kill you, the humidity. Internet connectivity the best it's ever been.

Loaction location and location. Comfortable room poolside with short walk to kitchen by the sea with magnificent view and great way to start and end the day. Short walk to Kamala village and to the boardwalk for all your evening dining under the palm trees with an ocean breeze. Hotel staff very helpful and friendly.
