We had a lovely stay as a family of four. The kids' club and kids pool area were very much loved by the little ones and very catered.

However, I encountered an issue upon arrival. Despite booking a twin bed room, I was initially given a single bed room. Fortunately, the receptionist quickly and proactively addressed this and changed the room accordingly. I would suggest improving the accuracy of booking information to prevent such inconveniences in the future.

I recently stayed at Kalima Khaolak for the first time and had a wonderful experience. The hotel staff were exceptional and very cooperative. The expat receptionist was particularly attentive and helpful. The F&B staff and others performed their duties perfectly. I would like to commend the housekeeping staff member Arvind for his excellent service, as well as the friendly gardener I met in front of the teppanyaki outlet. The activities offered were enjoyable, and I especially appreciate the staff at the Kayak station for their friendly demeanor and helpful information. The singer was talented, though I found the music to be a bit slow and less lively than expected. My room was clean, the air conditioning worked well, and the pillows were soft. Breakfast was fantastic, and I was especially delighted by the ผัดซีอิ้ว, which was incredibly delicious. The pastry staff also did a great job by serving hot churros upon request. Additionally, I want to acknowledge the security staff member who greeted me when i checked in with a smile upon arrival, despite the hot temperature. His willingness to support and politely offer to carry my luggage made me feel very welcome. I had a great stay and look forward to returning in the future

May be a little far from town for some guest. I’d like a hard copy of hotel facilities, I found it a little frustrating to have to scan in my phone to get information. Only a minor issue though.

I loved the facilities of this place. I stayed in a pool suite and it was a fantastic size, loved my room! Breakfast was so good, with many choices everyday. Both restaurants I ate at and was very impressed. Distance from hotel not an issue for me as I hired a bike, there is a shuttle that takes guests into town. The layout and style to this hotel was stunning. Exceeded my expectations I will definitely be coming back to stay :)

Our one fault was they couldn’t seem to get Nachos right! 😅 work on the nachos and it’s the perfect resort!

This resort is just so beautiful. Natural ambience, fantastic staff (Wit at the restaurant was exceptionally helpful and super friendly), INCREDIBLY affordable (we spent as much in two days in Dubai as we did the entire eight day stay in Kalima), the rooms are beautiful, the food is tasty as hell and again, so damn cheap! We were blown away.

Breakfast: very much to choose, but too few cheese and sausage. The beach is a little bit difficult to reach.

Booking online was terrible, tried paying with three cards with funds, never went through. Kids pool too much chlorine, slanting slide (White & Blue) too fast can be risky for both adults and kids.

Great room with private pool, friendly staff, good for kids. 10 min walk to several restaurants on the beach. If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the place. They have transportation to the market.

Can be a bit too noisy for couples (many kids and families in the pool) It's not close to the center and in 2 out of 2 times when we wanted to book a shuttles (one time to the night market and one time to the center) we have been told the shuttles are fully booked and took a taxi by ourselves while this service was supposed to be included - disappointing. Beers is thr pool bar were not cold enough so we had to bring beers from the convient store to the room and the to the pool.

Resort is very nice and very welcoming. Room Is awesome, pool is amazing and there is a beautiful private beach 5 mins walk from the resort.. there are lots of activities provided by the resort which is nice and breakfast is amazing!

I think that few more options for classes like yoga, pilatis (there was a version of training that were't very proffesional) would add a lot.

Great Hotel and facilities. The private pool was a hit for the kids and us! very spacious , easy to get to other attractions. Near by beach with local resturants. great pools at the property.
