We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

Food and service was of high standard with plenty of choice at breakfast catering to all international guests. The pool was massive - longest in S.E Asia - 1.5 miles in length. The Spa is worth a visit - attentive staff and relaxing atmosphere.

You don’t see that many people around but Breakfast around 9-10am is too packed with people, and this was low season so high season is probably crazy. check in and checkout took quite a while, it took over 20 minutes for someone to take our bags at checkout. The kids sofa-beds were not made until we asked when we came after dinner. The beach is nice but the ocean too rough in August we didn’t even bother to try and get in. I personally was missing a view and an island vibe.
Big and well designed family room lagoon access. Comfortable bed. Very kids friendly. Many activities. Nice gym. The Lagoon experience was really nice. Khao Sok lake is a must visit!

SpainThe client service is lacking the quality: Mistakes in the bill, forgetting to bring our luggages, asking us to wait for 40 min in the reception and forgetting about us (so we had to remind). In addition there are many pictures on Marriott Booking page that are different from the reality (I suppose they are renders). Apart from that the hotel includes in the bill charities without asking for a client’s permission which doesn’t look nice.
The swimming pools, many activities, food quality, a lot of space.

The facility is beyond amazing. There are various activities throughout the day for us to do apart from just swim and chill on the beach. The hospitality is great, staffs are well organized and trained. I love that they try to accommodate and separate adult and family zone which something that is very thoughtful about this resort.
