The pool was nice and well kept. The lounge chairs were good. The beach was nice and the view lovely. The bar and restaurant were good value with friendly service and good food. The reception staff were helpful. The transport they arranged was on time and good value for money.

The lights are poor, the rooms are a bit dated and the resort is extremely quiet.

Booked a triple and a twin with booking.com. Disappointed to find they don't have triples upon arriving. Luckily there was another double room available, however it was an unexpected expense and splitting the children was not ideal.

On the beach, good air cons, hot water in the bathrooms. Comfortable beds, and clean sheets.

Was unbearably hot in the room. The room was described as just a fan but it was so uncomfortable and stuffy in the room. It was hotter inside than outside at 35 degrees! I would not stay here again just because of how hot it was in the room. Also if you struggle with stairs then be aware that there are lots of uneven steps up to the huts. It may not be a good idea to stay here.

Absolutely amazing sea view with beautiful sunsets! Was lovely having a balcony and the pool was great.

Electrics in the room were unpredictable, only 1 plug, lots of steep and uneven stairs to get to the room. Not serving breakfast seems an odd choice, but there are options nearby.

The room and hotel felt clean and the pool was OK if a bit hot. The bar and restaurant was pleasant if a bit pricey - but this is Koh Tao.

We didn't realize they weren't actually next to the beach and most of them have lots of steps to get to. So, if you struggle with steps, I wouldn't pay a little extra and double check you don't get one that's a hike away. They need more receptionists too. Poor man was juggling with so much.

Very cute room. It had a fridge which is a life saver when it comes to the heat. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved the nature. The geckos were awesome.

Like so many other accommodations in SEA‘s, it lacks some basic comforts like chair pillows etc. The chairs on the balcony are super basic and hard to sit on

Very basic room with no AC

Reception closes at 6pm which we weren’t told and didn’t know on the first day so we found it difficult to contact the accommodation in the evening on the first day when we needed something. No hand soap or bin provided in the room (only toilet bin). Room doesn’t have a mosquito net but has them on the windows instead which means you can’t open the windows. Payment with card has a 4% charge.

We had a standard room with fan which was a basic room and bathroom with cold water shower. The fan worked well but it took a while to cool down the room. It was quiet and we couldn’t hear anything from other rooms. Great location right by the beach in a lovely part of the island. Nice food and beach bar options right by the accommodation. We didn’t use the pool or balcony because the sea was right there! We were able to extend our stay and book a snorkelling tour through them.

The pool could do with a revamp, the sun beds were terrible - had awful red leather cushions on which in the sun became unbearably hot to sit on, the pool was also quite warm so wasn’t really refreshing.

Loved the beach bar / restaurant and the new modern room we had opposite the pool. The bike rental was also easy and a decent bike. Good location close to the nicer beaches and a short drive from town.

Really nice place to stay and perfect location just by the beach in Koh Tao with loads of shops and restaurants and dive schools nearby! Nice pool too!

The water had a bad smell!

very nice resort by the beach, helpful staff. Kitchen is nice if you wanna cut fruit or have a dish, but dont expect to be able to cook meals. Pool is clean Motorbike is as cheap as it'll get in the Siam Gulf.
