This is a budget Hostel, after all. It has acceptable cleanliness but no regular room service. Wear and tear shows through, drains were clogged, mattress worn. Not recommended if someone needs more comfort.

Excellent spot for a calm stay, near the beach, with very low street traffic and noise. Spacious room with balcony, AC and fridge. Local food stands and restaurants are serving quality food. Very good massage facilities available nearby. 24-hours open mini market on the corner.

Bathroom was verrrrry small! Basin fixing was very filmsy. One of them dropped off and broken. There is no proper kitchen. Only a kettle, a microwave oven & a bread toaster. No utensils at all.

My bed was half overused (like my back was buried down), and the other half was a bit sturdy. I booked for a garden view but the "garden" was actually an empty lot with grown bushes. 😆 I paid with my card but was charged 3% of the price. They should be transparent/include this in their description.

The location is just less than 5 minutes walk to the Jomtien beach. However, if you go to Pattaya because of what it is known for, this is far from where the sleazy places are. The staff were nice. Wifi connection from my room was ok. And the room was spacious.

Has common area at reception but not a social hostel if it’s what you seek. (Wasn’t issue for me.) Room/bathroom not cleaned daily; I personally swept room several times during stay, as well as asking them. 11 day stay and linens not changed unless you ask (but they kindly did it when I asked in the middle of my stay).

End of quiet side road but steps to amenities, beach and transport. Spacious dorms, good AC, and one of most comfortable mattresses I’ve had in Thailand. Friendly owner. Booked one night and stayed 11.

Good quiet location in Jomtien area away from loud bars. This guesthouse gets all the essential things right… decent mattress, room cleaned to a high level, comfortable bed linen, free water, aircon, WiFi. The manager Jean was very helpful and the other staff. Great work, one of the better places I’ve stayed at in Thailand at this price

Nothing really. With us staying on a monthly basis the room was cleaned only once a week. Maybe twice a week and fresh towels.

We booked for a month excellent. Big room clean comfortable. Staff very helpful. Very quiet at night. Lift to all floors. Laundry service. I liked the recycling bins on each floor. Very near beach and shops. Good value for money would definitely recommend

The 2 shower/toilet rooms are very cramped. I think that a large person would have a hard job to actually get into the small space between the open door and the handbasin.

The hostel is on level ground just a few minutes walk to the coast road & golden sandy beach. Plenty of eating places and convenience stores every few hundred metres along the road. Bars and market places aplenty. Deckchairs for hire, under sun shades. Plenty of activities on and off the beach.
