For this price, there is nothing to complain about.

Staff very helpful and friendly, from administration to security guards. Room bigger than expected with kitchen and a terrace. AC worked well. View to the patio with pool. Close to the Night Market and the beach.

Neighbour room had mirrored lay-out, meaning beds of both rooms standing 1m apart from each other, only separated by a thin wall. All bed action from neighbour room you could hear

excellent location with jomtien night market just 3 minutes away, residence in a quiete road, Very clean room. Nice furnitures. room cleaning good. Ladies at reception very friendly and helpful. Layout of room is nice.

The wifi wasn’t great, even though the router was outside the room.

Large suites with great views, good pool area and gym. Room cleaned every day incl bed linen and towels.

The best place we've stayed on our trip. The staff made us feel really welcome, always smiling and couldn't do enough to help. Lots of space, two TV's, cooking facilities, aircon great. Location was good, just minutes away from bars and restaurants but still quite. Pool and gym facilities amazing. Also great for a book swop. Would definitely stay here again

Perfect for someone who prefers ( like myself) self catering. Large spacious apartment - two TV's - two air cons - decent view and large balcony - stones throw from the beach, bars and restaurants. No 24 hour assistance. Could be a problem, if you have a problem. Should be paying people to provide 24 hour assistance to the two apartment blocks and its many guests. Fantastic apart from that

Couldn't have visitors,as wife had just had a medical procedure, our plan was for her mother to come and spend time with her, freeing me up in the daytime to get a break and get out of the room. Would of been nice to know in advance. Staff were great,place great,had a good stay otherwise.

The queen bed is small to get good sleep for the two of us. We don't like the air conditioning that was loud at night right on top of the bathroom door. This unit has no view except an abandoned yard with long grass, not once did we sit at the balcony. One of the older security guards was not friendly at all and rather insinuating looks whenever he saw me together with my white partner! Or choose to totally ignore me when I walked past alone as if I owe him some sort of explanation!

The apartment is conveniently located on Soi 9 just 3 minutes to the busy beach front shops and yet it is quiet and peaceful at night.

Wasn't anything to "not like",just not 5 star but you couldn't expect 5 star for the costs involved. Overall,a very pleasant stay and will visit again if i'm in the area.

Shower and bath are together, it would be a challenge to get in and out if you had mobility issues.

Great location, very close to the beach and the Jomtien night market for a great selection of food to eat or take away.

The bed was uncomfortably hard and we often did not have hot water for showering.

Jomtien Residence was very conveniently located to restaurants, the beach and the night market. The apartment we were in was very clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. The pool was great. It was also fairly quiet as it is located on a less busy street.
