We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

You can take water coffee and bikes for free, thats a bid pro for me especially the bike The staff(mother and daughter) are insanly nice and helpful and like to talk with you. Always putting a smile in my face Location is also good if you want to be close to the beach

FinlandHard bed and AC blows too strongly even with the lowest speed. I managed to adjust it to blow almost vertically so sleeping was possible. Soi. 2 is not a party soi but constant scooter traffic makes noice. I recommend room without balcony if you do not need a balcony. These drop 3 points away.
Enough quality for the price. Jomtien Soi 2 is good. Baht taxi available on Beach Road and if you walk 10 minutes you get baht bus direct to the center. Fine, because normal taxis...no comments...

United StatesThe rooms are quite dark but it is a great budget option as long as you are ok climbing some flights of stairs to get to your room.
This is the second time I've stayed at Jellyfish. It is very cheap and in a good location. The rooms are really clean. It's definitely a family run place which you can tell because the family is usually hanging out the the reception area. I love that they have free drinking water in large refillable containers (no plastic waste) and instant coffee available.

United StatesThe shared space is more like a family's living room so it wouldn't be a place that I would hang out. (Not a problem since I was just there for 1 night though.)
The staff were really sweet and let me check into my room early. I love that they have a free refillable drinking water available to cut down on plastic garbage and also instant coffee and tea. It is a couple minute walk to the beach and it was quiet at night.

FinlandRoom was clean and tidy and had everything described. Garden view room was nice and the place was peaceful. They let you use the bicycle and there was water, tea, coffee etc. for free! You can also borrow a water bottle and fill it there. Staff was friendly and helpful, and it was easy to get to the beach, restaurand etc.. I'm so happy I choose this cute little place to stay! I would definitely come again.
