Nothing, wish I could stay longer

I extended my stay in Koh Samui, my option that I choose is Jade Cottage. It was the best decision I made. One of the best places that I saw on my Thailand trip, you will be welcomed by the sweet lady ( Mia ). She is an employee in the cottage and helped to set up the room before my arrival. Then I met ( Alian ) the owner of the Jade Cottages. He is so energetic and has this vibes that he is an old friend. Let’s talk about the place, you will feel like you are entering a jungle, a small swimming pool with sunbeds, the place is so peaceful and what I love is a small place with around 5 or 6 cottages, so if you are looking for a peaceful location this is the one. There is a cafe ( Tima’s Cafe ) owned by Alian’s son. The location is so close to all the attractions you need, like fishman villagers markets, not to mention the Samui Airport about 7 km away. Definitely my next visit to Koh Samui will be in The Jade Cottage.

The place is so cozy, beautiful and peaceful ! It is only 25 min from Lamai in motorcycle, 3 min from the fisherman village, and with a lot of things around.. the airport is only 15-20min. Alain, Lelia and Tim were very welcoming and available for anything you need. We spent a great time with my sister & will come back ! Thank you :)

Ceiling fan only one speed, which is a bit too fast.

Quiet location and comfortable bed. TV has Netflix with already added guest account which is a nice touch.

Beautiful property tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Breakfast was great with impeccable service from the staff. Food from the cafe (for dinner) was equally good. It really was the perfect stay to rest and rejuvenate.

You definitely need a motorbike to get around, because the location is a little bit to far to walk to the nearest Hotspot.

Everything was fantastic

The Jade Cottages are in a quiet neighborhood of Bophut/Fisherman’s Village, very accessible to everything you need but away enough from the crowds/noises and provides a peaceful oasis of green and calmness. The owners are wonderful people who make you feel right at home.

The owner was really lovely and it was a super enjoyable stay. Of you are there you should really try the breakfast and dinner. it was soo good. Highly recommend for everyone 👍🏻

He helped us get bikes at a reasonable price and gave us lots of great recommendations. In total, we loved our stay and will be back."

No issues whatsoever, but it must be noted that having a car or a scooter is a good idea if you plan to go out a lot. If that's not the case - the owners can help out with catching a taxi (cheaper than Grab).

The place is amazing - it's like a mini jungle, so it feels private and you're surrounded by greenery. The house itself is very cozy, conditioning and a ceiling fan, very convenient shelves, amazing shower. Overall - very comfortable, probably the best place we've stayed at in SE Asia in terms of coziness and money/value. The owners are amazing, always there to help or just chat. Another highlight are the breakfasts - 10/10, would breakfast again :) Also, internet connection is stable and fast.

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful! The aesthetic is stunning with cozy boho bungalows surrounded by a homegrown jungle. It was the perfect blend of nature and comfort, creating a serene atmosphere. The food was beyond words, every meal hand crafted and plated to perfection. Eating here was one of the main highlights of our trip! And of course, the owners are delightful. They were so kind and attentive, and made each of us feel right at home. Everything is clean and well taken care of, it is obvious that they love Jade Cottages just as much as we did! If you want to make your stay in Koh Samui truly magical, this is the place to stay.

Only mood lights, the air conditioner was very loud and we couldn’t set, the fridge was frightening (noisy and water was leaking). And people can see you while you’re having shower, because there is always a gap between the wall and the curtain (the bathroom is next to the main entrance)

Beautiful garden, very nice and helpful English speaking staff. Outstandingly equipped: there are shelves, hooks for 2 towels, hair conditioner, basket for the dirty clothes, separate bathroom, full body mirror.

Alain and his wife are great hosts. We have felt very welcome. The breakfast was very good both in quantity and quality. The two really take very good care of their guests. It was a family environment and we would have liked to stay longer but unfortunately our vacation was over. Every evening they also offer dinner for small money. We tried it one evening and it was amazing, very tasty. It was one of the best dishes we have eaten in Thailand. Thanks again for everything and maybe we will see each other again.
