The air con in our room didn’t work well, our room was really hot (27 degrees all night).

Unfortunately there is building work next door or along the same row. Vibrations and thudding throughout the day and into the evening. Other than that peaceful for where it is located.

Great location in Krabi town. Walking distance for most places and close enough to the airport. Nice clean rooms with very quirky interiors. Friendly and welcoming staff as well

- It seems no ventilation system in the toilet (maybe it is but I couldnt see any fan for ventilation), anyway there is no smell to the room. - No elevator, tell in advance if you want the lower floor (which I did for parents room). - Room size is quite packed for some types, and bigger room has a raised bed which may not suitable for elderly (not matress on the floor, but a bit higher)

- It is a row house located middle of the city (near mud crabs sculpture). The location is great, you can walk to anywhere; waking street, morning market, mangrove and street foods. - The staff friendliness is superb. - The owner offered us free breakfast which we didnt expected. The breakfast was so good. - The room has aroma scent, helps to feel fresh. - Comfy bed - Instant noodle is complimentary in rooms :)

Slight problem with the drainage in the sink. The transport we ordered did not work out both times, but don’t think it was their fault. The van that took us to Ko Lanta stopped 4 times to do business and pick things (not people) up. He left us on a very busy street that we had to cross to then walk about 1/4 miles with luggage to the actual hotel property. Unsafe!!! There was a huge fire which added 2 hours to the trip, but not anyone’s fault.

Clean and central. AC worked great. The restaurant next door was absolutely fantastic!

Only problem was Noisey work being done on neighbouring property until late at night an then started early in the morning also. just our bad luck as it was a one night retile of the flooring next door. however they should have stoped at 8pm not 10 pm.

The location is excellent, close to many restaurants, cafes, and night markets. The design and overall atmosphere of the hotel were really cool, and the staff were quite helpful.

We stayed in two different rooms - one was spacious but had a bed on the floor which I’m not crazy about, and the other which had a great bed was tiny in terms of floor space so a bit awkward to move around in.

The location was great in terms of convenience to all amenities in town like the night market, restaurants, and river walk way. Friendly and helpful staff. The bathrooms were modern and the bedding comfortable. There was also a drying rack out on one of the balconies for guest use which was handy for us.

Personal only to me probably - bed was very comfortable but very low and (personal circumstances) difficult to get out of. I'd have preferred a raised bed.

Amazing staff, clean and modern room excellent food (not included but discounted for inhouse guests). The owner was such a friendly person, excellent english so was able to help us with our enquiries, even though it was just a night, it was a confortable and good stay.
