The only drawback is no beach access l, a nice beach but can't swim due to rock. Several swimming pools are available when you need to take a dip.

I have stayed here on several occasions and have always been treated to an enjoyable time there . The Staff top to bottom goes well beyond what is expected at a top of the line property such as this. My room included club access which enabled me to enjoy breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktails. Once again the staff is the star. A shuttle is also available that goes to the Central Mall, can be reserved and is a nice perk.

Beach was okay. It’s more of a pool hotel than beach hotel.

Lovely hotel, beautiful property and pool. Best part of our hotel experience was the club access. worth the purchase due to all its food, drink, wonderful hospitality from friendly staff, and the afternoon tea was Devine. Will be back for sure.

Almost nothing , except for the last day. We called reception to order the club car to 11:45 to our room to help us to bring the luggage, but they did not arrive.

The main swimming pool was occupied from early morning until closed time fully by some tourists. So we could not use it from our arrival date to departure date.

Location, nice staffs, breakfast and clean room. I always enjoyed my visits to this resort. Staffs prepared our breakfast box before our early morning departure and we really liked it.

We really enjoyed the poolside experience here. The pools are set among palms and plumeria trees - very green. From some lounge chairs you can look out over the ocean too. Pool attendants were always at the ready, bringing towels, refreshments or food - and very gracious. It's very easy to stretch out and relax.

Slightly disappointed that the beach doesn’t give any access to the sea.

Beautiful location. Great selection of pools. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Lovely staff who couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful. Fantastic restaurant with stunning views across the bay to watch the sunset.

As usual in Thailand wine is over priced. A little too far to walk to town.

Excellent breakfast and beautiful food and service. Great pools and its own beach. shuttle bus to town was handy although we used grab cars which are very cheap and plentiful.

The location is far from Pattaya main beach. Also the property has no private beach.

Room was nice and beds were comfy and the property had a great layout.

Once neighboring guests started very loud music and dance at 5am! Although Hotel staff responded it in 30 minutes, it ruined our stay.

I like quiet environment of the hotel far from city noise. There are several pools surrounded tropical trees.
