Some staff weren’t very helpful and came across abit rude. The shuttle only ran till 5:30pm after that you had to pay which was only 100thb not too bad but some days they didn’t have a driver so couldn’t go on it. The shuttle would only take you to the beach and grab wasnt a big option and no other options for taxis from reception, they just advised to walk which was a 30min walk. When leaving we tried to get a grab taxi which was 200thb to the port but there wasn’t any Available so we asked the hotel and they charged us 700thb! The gym was extremely basic, what you can see in the photo is it, one treadmill, one bike and one bench with very limited weights. Had our room cleaned and had our pool towels removed and not replenished so had to go and ask for these as they would charge if they’re not in the room when checking out. Bed was abit hard but only there a few nights so was okay.

Gorgeous pool and rooms were very clean. Breakfast was really good, good variety. There was a free shuttle that ran in the day to the beach.

Nowhere to really leave your clothes and the 2 hangers available were too high up for me to reach. Between 11.30 am and 8.30 pm every day except one (we stayed 7 nights), disco/dance music blared out of speakers next to the pool. Couldn't have a quiet read or siesta on the balcony...such a shame.

Friendly staff, lovely room with a comfortable bed, good shower. All very new, clean and tasteful. Quiet at night. Breakfast buffet good: variety of Thai and international food.

Minor things really - uncomfy pillows (a common theme in the hotels we’ve stayed at in TL) and because we were on the fifth floor the room got really hot during the day and the AC took a long time to cool it down.

A lovely clean and modern hotel. We had a beautiful Mountain View from the “Honeymoon suite” (though it wasn’t our honeymoon). The two pools were refreshing and clean. The staff were nice and the food at the restaurant was great. The location was nice because it was further away from the Main Street, which meant it was quiet. But luckily they always had a shuttle driver available to take you where you needed to go. Would definitely recommend and would stay again for sure.

I loved the bed behind the bed in the honeymoon sweet and was lovely as we had just got engaged! Staff were very nice in the hotel and the roof top view of the sunset was amazing! We will definitely be back as won’t be our last time in Ao nang. Room decorated!!

Everything exceeded expectation, the rooms were fantastic, massive rooms, separate shower and toilet (not the norm in Thailand) Faultless property, faultless staff, would highly recommend.

The restaurant was not good. Both the ‘free’ breakfast and lunch were not up to standard. They could do with upgrading it.

Clean, modern, spacious rooms. Loved the swim up bar where we had one of the best mojitos we’ve EVER had! The rooftop had a pool and a bar and was such a great place to watch the sunset.

It was a 20min walk to centre where beach shops and food are but it wasn’t a bad walk, hotel offers free shuttle to beach end during the day up to 5.30pm but think you can order it later if need!

The room cleaning coming little bit late for me. I prefer to rest at 2-4pm. I think 11-13h room cleaning time is more comfortly for everybody.

I was many hotel in Krabi but this one is unique. Far away from noises but close enought to reach everything you want(party,shop,"fun"stores). The rooms are clean and big. We got a pool view room and was quiet.

They was a big smell of sewage in the room from the toilet. Staff did put a product to reduce it but sewage smell was still present. Huge problem to fix from the hotel.
