1. Firstly the location was excellent. 2. The attention to details in the room is spectacular. They have thought of everything you would need in the room, to an adapter for different electronics. 3. The interiors of the room is very trendy and so well thought of also Extremely clean toilets. 4. It’s got everything you need just below the hotel and it’s a max of 5mins walk to main areas. Overall it was a great experience and the staff was extremely lovely and welcoming. Deff will book this hotel again if I visit Phuket.

NetherlandsThe lobby was not air conditioned, if you were waiting for your taxi or just scaping the heat for a few minutes in the lobby, you would get the exact same temprature of outside. In addition to that, the price I think was above the average 5 star hotel in the area while the service was at a pretty average level, I believe while they charge double the average price, the service should also match it.
It was quite colse to the sea only 10 minutes walk and boom you are at the beach. The staff were so friendly and professional, they were always there for any questions we had. The location was quite close to the main crowded areas of Patong, and far enough to be a quite place to have a good sleep. In the vicinity there were a lot of restaurants, groceries, pharmacies, etc. you don't really feel the ned of going very far. The restarurant also was really good. Good staff, and good food. The minibar prices were totally reasonable, not like many other hotels astronomical.

United KingdomSausages weren't cooked well, pink in the middle and casings were soft, perhaps they were steamed? It a huge place, but we missed on room cleaning, after the first day as they went round in the late afternoon 430pm. This was after a day trip when we were showered and had a knock on the door. Not a good time for room cleaning. Perhaps help this staff group more, they do a great job but I imagine it's hard to do all the rooms. We left them a tip too as they were great.
Nice bedrooms, nice pool but looks a bit dated now.

IndiaIt’s not as grand as I was expecting of a five star hotel. The cocktails we had were made from low quality alcohol, didn’t do justice to the 5 star hotel tag also.
Great location and staff with a good relaxed funky vibe. We left some stuff in our room while checking out of hotel. Mr. Pun from reception, helped immensely in arranging that they were delivered to us at the airport by a taxi. Your staff are the real heroes, kudos!

Thailandthe hotel was so kind to us as this was our second visit in a month they up graded us to a suite which was beautiful pchom and her staff are second to none they care very much for their guests there is no problem to great pchom and her team really do understand the meaning of hospitality ,breakfast is fantastic so many different foods and everything is so fresh and inviting you just want to try everything they have and they are very happy to let you do that for me coffee is very important and the resident barista is highly skilled at the art of making great coffee all in all great hotel and look forward to returning in the future thanks guys great job

AustraliaIf you are like me and don't have a credit card, the deposit must be paid in cash. This in itself is not too much of a problem, unless, like me, Patong is the last stop before heading home. I basically have 4,000 baht that is useless to me until I travel next to Thailand. The other issue was water temperature consistency in the shower, it was all over the place.
The hotel is one of the best in Patong. The staff are amazing and the facilities were great. Wifi was fast and stable. The breakfast had a great choice. The pool is a great place to spend the afternoon.
