The room is wet (maybe because the weather is raining everytime), the balcony and room is very little for 2 people and miss lot of light

There is no cupboard in rooms only small place for hanging clothes. Rooms was narrow. Reception was hot no AC. No locks in bathroom. Sleeper for bathroom not available. No iron.

A bit more flexibility with free shuttle would be a nice improvement.

Family room ideal for 4. Staff friendly. Breakfast good selection. Pool big and clean. Free shuttle to beach centre good but could do with being more frequent or go when needed. Good location. Room clean. Bed comfortable. Great value for money. Free pool towels.

Great location and amazing staff. Rooms are really small and breakfast has limited options (no meat products like bacon). If you do stay here, made it your priority to meet Mook - she’s at the jewellery container but should definitely be the one organising tours and day trips - she’s beyond amazing and will make your trip one to remember.

Stayed in the family room with two bunk beds, was comfortable for a two-night stay, for the four of us. Who was a typical Ibis ( clean and no frills) loved the location. 10 minutes from now Aonang Beach by Hotel provided shuttle. Breakfast was basic, nothing to write home about, however provided enough variety to start the day

Not much in room dining options or restaurants on venue.

Perfect location, just 2 mins away from the bustling area and 10 mins walk away from the beach. The breakfast was great and the view from room balcony was amazing. One of the best Ibis styles properties in Thailand, if you want a value stay and resort like atmosphere.

Only one thing... Limited storage space. Literally 5 or 6 hangers in a small space above the fridge and safe.

Everything! Rooms were small but ultimately we weren't spending much time in them uless we were sleeping so it wasn't an issue. Rooms were very clean and the beds were really comfortable. Pool was fantastic, free pool towels. Plenty of sunbeds and shade. Pool area was frequently cleaned. Breakfast 175bhat per person (approximately) including service charge and tax. Plenty of choice and good value. Perfect location, by the mosque. 10/15 minute walk to the beach (hotel has a free shuttle bus at certain times if you don't fancy the walk). Staff were so polite and just wonderful. Fire show Saturday nights is worth watching. Outside the hotel... Muslim street market outside the Mosque most days... try the street food stalls, they were all really good. As you walk down to the beach there are so many places to eat on both sides of the road. You really are spoilt for choice. Try as many of the street food stalls as you can, great value. At the bottom of the hill there is a kiosk where you can book the long tail boats, follow the road to right and there's plenty more to choose from. Beach is really good but not much shade to the right of the boats.

If you go by walking to Ao nang beach/ night market is a 20 min walk. However, hotel offers tuktuk to specific times.

Friendly staff, nice rooms, it is true that are not the biggest rooms but for our stay (more time on the beach) it was Ok, also the pool is fantastic y the give a nice breakfast with a variety of options as scrambled eggs, toasts, Thai food, etc.

Our room was an adjoining room. The first night the adjoining room was vacant. The second night some people moved in and they were noisy, loud talking and banging things. The large doors between our rooms did not muffle the sound. We will never book this type of room again.

My second stay at this hotel. The rooms are not very big but met our needs. Only a place to sleep after a day out. Room was comfortable. Hotel has a nice pool. The breakfast offered enough choices. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Many restaurants, 7/11 shops and street food close to the hotel. Hotel also offers free shuttle to the beach and back. We were a group of 4 couples and all were very happy with the hotel

There was mold on the bathroom grouts. This is a disgusting thing for me because it does make me feel that cleaning is not good On Saturday night they had a free fire show for the guests, which seems quite a nice thing at first. But the performance includes fire spitting, which is a dangerous and potentially very harmful to the performers as they have to put fuel inside the mouth. I personally believe the company should not allow someone to do a performance that is so dangerous to them.

Hotel staff is very nice, it has a nice swimming pool, love the shuttle service to the beach! The breakfast was good enough, with a variety of options Location is a little far from the beach but we loved the view from the bedroom and there were many good restaurants nearby
