It's an experience like climbing Zermatt.

The hotel is clean, the pool area services and restaurant services are very successful. They do not care about the sea and beach area at all, the floor nails of the sun loungers in front of the hotel where water and beer are served are out of place, customers are expected to pick up the dirty plastic bottles, garbage, broken glass and soda caps on the beach, I think this is a serious deficiency.

My partner got food poisoning after eating at either the main restaurant or the teppanyaki restaurant. (When we told staff, apparently another guest had the same issue on the same day….). It made our stay not very pleasant at all. Which puts us off returning.

Beautiful layout. The plunge pool in the room was the highlight.

The hour-long vacuuming project while we were trying to have lunch. It was very loud and maybe not necessary. Screaming kid in the pool villa just below us. Maybe adults only can be on one side, and families on the other side.

The room (Ocean View King) had a beautiful view of the ocean. The infinity pool! It’s huge, and has several different lounging options. Pool table! The pizza :) The staff are friendly, helpful, and professional. The property is lush, and the open-air feel lets you know you’re on holiday!

Great location, good facilities, transport provided to Kamala beach which is minutes away. Buggy service is great. Good breakfast too. Got upgraded to a room with a plunge pool.

Main pool was a bit dirty although it wasn't too full. Buggies at times took a while to come so we walked which wasn't too bad. Beach seems like direct access from hotel but it's actually accross the road and it's not a part of hotel.

Rooms amd bathrooms exceptionally clean. Great staff. Good service. Quick response on queries. What i loved most was availablity of halal food on all restaurants plus bidets in all toilets. Great view from room.

The restaurants had a long waiting time for food but with such a large hotel and so many of the guests, I understand but they need pace up the service for their guests.

The kids were engaged through and through with their several in house activities. Some activities were complimentary whereas some came with an additional cost but all of them were worth it. The beach was literally across the road and almost empty and serene!

I didn’t like that I waited until 7pm to receive my room. I also didn’t like that the staff were not capable to work under pressure. It was holiday season and the hotel was crowded the staff didn’t seem to be able to handle the pressure. The bathtub in the room wasn’t clean or tempting to be used and the room cleanliness is a 7 in rating

It's a bit far from the attractions.

Close to the beach. The swimming pool is perfect for children. The rooms are spacious, and the view is excellent.

The stay was lovely, loved the breakfast which was included. The place was clean and has an incredible view.. resort facilities are amazing, housekeeping is great, staff are incredibly polite and helpful, shootout to Head of Staff (i can’t remember his name) who was decent and helpful and caring, he ensured we enjoyed our stay, we had small issue with the room and surprisingly we got upgraded to a hilltop suite which was incredible (lucky me)! Enjoyed the stay, and if you wonder if i will come back again/ recommend it, the answer is absolutely YES! I think the resort is fully booked, and maintaining quality service while it is fully booked isn’t easy. Hyatt, Keep the good work guys, much appreciated!

There isn’t much around the properties location. Before booking I knew I would have to travel by taxi into town for lunch and dinner. As we visited in low season which meant some of the restaurants were closed which didn’t leave many options. Be prepared to eat at the property.

Staff where very friendly and kind. Some of the best we had on our Thailand trip! They were very welcoming to our baby girl. We had a room a long walk to the pool/breakfast as they always got a buggies to bring us down. Nothing was ever a problem. Facilities were beautiful. Pool was clean and breakfast was delicious. I would stay at another Hyatt property again as the customer service was amazing. They were able to provide a baby cot for our daughter.

the floor was slippery with humidity once we open the balcony the building without elevator for the 3rd floor .

Fairly remote location, expensive restaurants comparatively and lots of rubbish on the house beach. Check in was a bit of a mess.

There isn't the convenience of guests walking from the room to the lobby/restaurant. The buggy service is very good, buy guests should be provided with option to walk conveniently
