Was very hot and humid in the hallway of my floor (12th). Took away my 2nd key card when I left it in for power making my room very humid and weak air conditioning could not keep up.

WiFi connection was not great.

The room was very nice, the bed was super comfy, more on the firm side but we prefer that. Our room had no window but it was not an issue, at least it was very quiet. Roof top pool and bar was amazing.

There was a bit too much chlorine in the pool and the rooftop bar prices were quite expensive. The hotel is on the busiest street in Chinatown (although no noise could be heard in our room on the 8th floor) and in the evening, part of the street and the pavements are packed with food stalls. This makes it tricky for taxis/transfers to stop and pick up. We enjoyed the craziness for the 2 days we were there, but could not have stayed any longer as it was a bit overwhelming, especially in 40°C heat!

The rooftop bar and pool were great! The views over Bangkok were amazing especially at night. Our room was well equipped with toiletries, daily water bottles and the bed was softer and more comfortable than the other 5 hotels we've stayed in in Thailand. It was great that there was a water fountain where you can refill your water bottle. Check out was at noon and we had a late flight, so we were pleased that we could leave our luggage and use the showers near the pool area to freshen up before our flight. The service at reception and the bar were very friendly.

Bathroom cleaning could be better, especially in the shower area. The rolling curtain on the window was filthy and did not seem to be cleaned in the past months. It was also smelly so I had to roll it up to avoid seeing it and also feel the smell while taking the shower.

Good breakfast, unfortunately not too many options for European food in terms of cheese, or cold cuts. I loved that we had many options for eggs - omelet, scrambled eggs. Very nice rooms, I loved that we had a tiny refrigerator. People very welcoming and supportive. Location is right in the heart of China Town, multiple options of street food or restaurants very close. Nice rooftop bar with swimming pool, you need to get there quite early as there are many people blocking the pool seats for many hours.

Mind the location before booking — it’s China Town. That means a lot of tourists, shops, smells and business. It might be stressful for some people. The wifi was weak as well, even for series. However it did not bother us too much.

Well, the hotel is very nice considering all the facilities, staff friendliness, wonderful views from the rooftop. It was easy with transportation as well. The laundry service is only for 10Bat, there is even a bar and everything which is actually a must-have at any hotel. We’ve got to check-in earlier and check-out at 3 A.M without any problem. The cleaning service was great, as well as air conditioning, which worked well.

Pool was closed during my stay and I chose this hotel because it had a pool. I felt that my belongings were not safe in the room when the hotel gives warnings of limited liability if property is stolen or damaged. Hotel room was very dark.

I would like to see some more western options at breakfast. The coffee machine broke down when I tried to get a coffee at breakfast.

Sometimes it smelled like sewage in the room and hallway. The area was sometimes so busy that you had to plan for a little extra waiting time and travel time for taxi rides.

The location was great to visit a city like Bangkok. The rooftop bar with pool was the perfect spot to prepare the day in the morning and to sit for a drink before going into the nightlife. Outside there were a lot of great food options and places to visit by walking :)

The water dispensers in the hallway were always empty sadly. But otherwise, a great stay.

Very convenient in Chinatown, but was quiet enough to get a full nights rest. Rooftop bar and view was definitely the icing on the cake. One of few it seems in Chinatown with such a good view.

Exspensive breakfast. Ate there once, not that special Not a lot of sunbeds at the swimmingpool. Too busy for me on the streets but if thats what youre looking for then your at the right place.

Very good shower. Big bathroom. Comfortabel beds. Close to subway station. Nice view from rooftop. And swimmingpool to cool off. Right in the centre of China town. If you like the chaos.

The only real issue was the shower drain, which basically didn't drain. Great powerful shower, but the drain under it didn't work, so the whole bathroom flooded every time we used the shower.

Good buffet breakfast, good sized comfortable room, helpful reception staff, lovely roof top terrace with pool and views! We enjoyed the location in Chinatown.

Poolside is tiny and full of hoarding sunbathers. Ceiling height is too low at lobby lift lobby with the sprinkler overhead a death trap for ppl 180cm and taller. Shower room can be quite slippery when wet. Anti slip mat would be a good solution. Getting cab and having your transport to the front can be a problem among the super busy traffic condition.

Location is ideal for elders with minimal staircases, with abundance of food options but mostly local delicacies and street food. Staff is really attentive and responsive. Room is clean and averagely comfortable.
