Sometimes difficult for Grab taxis to come to you immediately because of traffic. If you’re leaving for the airport, get the Grab taxi in advance. Mine took 30 minutes to arrive.

Near everything, great staff, very good and wide range of breakfast options including an egg station.

For breakfast and massage, I will need to cross the road to the building which is a bit inconvenient. Other than that, all is good.

The room is spacious and clean. Staff are great! They are very attentive and have great initiatives to offer help. The breakfast selection is good and usually are quieter if go earlier in the morning. The location is also quite near to Terminal 21 and is within walking distance.

Only complaint was air con at breakfast was too cold to be comfortable.

The Coran Spa Boutique. Although services we exceptional, there is poor privacy guidelines. During my private massage, other people were in the room. This was however denied by the staff after my massage. I also had money go missing from my wallet during my massage and the Spa took no responsibility of the loss of cash from my wallet and could not come up with an explanation. Instead, they blamed it on poor memory or that I was coming up with lies.

Novel building with well designed rooms, and rooftop pool, gym, and bar. Quiet area but close to shops. Also easy reach from airport and goind for sightseeing

I stayed at building number 2 this time. and I don't know why on Friday and Saturday night 2 police officers came to sit in the lobby till early morning 3 that's I don't like uncomfortable

The location is the best I stayed for the 3rd time in this hotel . everything was good except they didn't have halal menu for Muslim rest everything was perfect

The only negative that I can say (Which was not a problem) is the rooftop pool was in the opposite building of my room.

Great location. Plenty of shopping, restaurants, clothing tailors, and spa services in short walking distance. The staff was excellent. I was always greeted by the doormen and front desk as I arrived or left the facility. I had a few custom suits delivered to the hotel, and each time, the staff quickly notified me. Rooms were very clean and housekeeping staff was very excellent. I would definitely stay with Night Bangkok again.

The hotel is located in 2 separate buildings across from each other and in order to use the pool and the gym you have to cross the street, not very convenient. The furnishings needs an upgrade.

Nice Hotel in a good location. The facilities are nice and the included breakfast has a good selection. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Perfect location with walking distance to BTS and MRT. They also offer TukTuk shuttle to Terminal21 (Where the public transport is). Great breakfast buffet and the best staff.

Despite almost never being there, aside from an afternoon nap, we didn't get our room made up or fresh towels / water except for the one time we came home in the afternoon and managed to catch someone to ask. Forgot to ask them for the small complimentary water bottles, so had to break into the minibar one on our last night which was outrageously priced

Did everything you need a base of operations to do. Breakfast was cracking too. Staff were mostly great, very helpful. Very useful location for sukhumvit Station and the surrounding area. Generally, pretty good value for money too.
