You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

AustraliaThe building is quite old. While the room was clean and comfortable, same cannot be said about the outside the room and the stairs. The view outside the window was a rear of another old building with unsightly broken drainage pipes. It would be better if the room had a bar fridge, as it was scorching hot outside.
We arrived by early morning, as we took a night bus from Bangkok. The owner kindly let us in. However, she needed time to clean the room, so we left out luggage in the room and left. When we returned after a few hours room was ready. AC was good and the bed was comfortable.

CanadaThe room aircon system takes a long time to start blowing out cool air. Needs checking, as at this time of the year, the weather is extremely hot and dry in this southern parts of Thailand. The room gets heated up. No hooks for hanging clothes/towels in the bathroom. Should consider installing an exhaust fan. Should provide a bidet sprayer for the toilet. Should consider Providing a small table on both sides of the bed. A clothe rack for drying washed items.
The manager, GLF, is kind and extremely helpful. Requested her to book me a grab bike to take me to the Bus Terminal, but instead she sent me in her truck, FOC! Location is within short walking distance to the Night Market/Fresh food market, and popular must visit sights.

United KingdomWouldn't recommend. Firstly the lock to our room was a padlock with a key. Was promised an en suite private bathroom but ended up being a shared one. Worst of all they claimed I broke the lock after I got frustrated when the main door wouldn't open and then proceeded to call the police on me and demanded I pay a price with a written "invoice" that could have been made up. The main door lock continued to work the entire time. Then was unable to pay this with card and claimed I had to do it with cash. When I refused they ran around all the local businesses and tried to get a card machine which took an hour. Not a good experience. Don't stay here!

United KingdomBed was really hard and mattress covered with a noisey plastic cover. Had to climb loads of stairs to get to room.
Very basic but needed a place for less than 24hrs as we were getting a ferry to island early in the morning. Close to night market and shops.
