The location is a bit far from the center of Old Town and it's hard to navigate through the area without a car, as the public transportation is not as developed as expected. We mainly had to use Grab in the city to travel.

The restaurant had a lot of delicious vegan options. The room was clean and large, and the AC kept the room cool with little to no humidity. The kitchen had a microwave, a stove and a refrigerator. So, you can cook for yourself or keep your leftovers. The bed was comfy and large. The hotel takes sustainability seriously. Single use plastics are not used in the facility. You are provided with glass water bottles you can fill whenever you need without extra charge. Overall, a very nice place to stay.

We didn't like having to use an app to request clean towels or that the room be cleaned. The location of the hotel was well away from the old town and beaches in Phuket. Taxis were required every time we left the hotel

Because the hotel has a lot of hard surfaces, the hallway and the room were quite noisy when people walked or had a conversation. Other than that it was fine, however. The restaurant up top was decent but the A/C was running marginally, so it was a bit warm in the afternoon.

The rooftop pool with mountain views was very relaxing. The rec room with a pool table, real fooz table, and a video game console kept us entertained during the down time. There are many local food options near Bangkok Hospital about 10 minute walk away. The staff was very helpful and courteous. There were a few vending machines for cafe-type drinks and a 7-11 vending machine that has some snacks and drinks in on the ground floor of C building.

Really great place, staff are so helpful and friendly. Amazing facilities. Area is really nice. You can not see another tourist once you leave the hotel. Bike hire on the same road so it is super easy to get around.

The location isn’t amazing

Very clean, helpful and kind staff. Very accommodating. The facilities such as the pool, restaurant and roof top bar were all clean with good prices and good quality. The WiFi had a strong connection, the rooms are spacious and are cleaned every other day, there is clean water available on each floor and they give you bottles to collect drinking water with.

It was the front desk named Alice who helped us and she is doing an excellent job to make us all feel comfortable and have an excellent stay. We had a good time. Staff are very polite and welcoming. Would love to come back in the future. Highly recommended.

I did not like not having a phone in the room and there was a smell coming from the bathroom which was unpleasant. There seemed to be a few mosquitos in the hallways and on Level 7 which was not ideal.

The bed was really comfortable and the air conditioning was on the right temperature and was not too cold and seemed to work perfectly in the room. The balcony was a bonus as the washing dried within a couple of hours. I enjoyed the use of the pool on the roof top and particularly liked seeing all the little dogs in the lifts.
