Personally I didn't like the pillow. The breakfast is ok for the price we paid. The size of the room the same, small but okay. There isn't any chair on the balcony that would be good to have.

The proximity to the market and pier for tours. The pools are very nice, better to book room with pool view.

Whilst some staff were very friendly (e.g. Jef at the door), most of the staff unfortunately did not seem as friendly/welcoming. On checking in, we were told several times very explicitly that we had breakfast included. However, when we went to breakfast the next morning, they pulled us to reception and said it wasn't included. I explained that we were told several times it was and the reception staff just kept pointing to their sheets and saying it was not, with no sort of apology for the mix up. In the room, the shower water unfortunately ran cold after 1-2 mins and the pillows didn't provide much support at all (meaning I left with bad neck ache).

A fantastic resort in a quieter area of Ao Nang - location was perfect for accessing the beach opposite, visiting the famous night market (5 mins walk) and walking to the main strip of restaurants/shops (without being in a noisy area). The hotel was huge and had 3 connected pools, beautiful grounds and plenty of loungers. The room was modern and spacious, with clean/stylish decor and all the amenities we could need. The buttons for service by the pool were a nice touch and we enjoyed the food we got there. Housekeeping was also great and rooms were cleaned very well each day. We had a slight issue with waiting for pool towels / being ignored, which the team kindly apologised for and provided a complimentary fruit platter.

The breakfast could have been better. Fried eggs pre cooked and left for use but they were very cold. Jams etc not covered and attracting flies. Breakfast area needed more fans as quite hot. The loud base music from pool area was painful.

Special mention to the staff most very helpful and friendly. Jef at front reception was always smiling, always helpful and shared some of his history with us

Gym is outdated, needs new equipment. Breakfast needs a variety. I get that there’s a lot of Muslim staying at the hotel but also there’s plenty of non Muslim. Real bacon and real sausages would’ve been great. We stopped having breakfast at the restaurant after 1 week.

Air conditioning for breakfast would have been nice, but we were there during the heat wave.

Loved the pools, staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, lots of choices. The restaurant next door also delivers to the hotel and is great. Would rebook if we went back.

Staff behaviour is rude and they don't help in case you need something in an emergency (like if you're thirsty at night they'll say you can't buy water please call in the morning), and we had to request them multiple times for basic amenities like glasses and plates.

The property was at walking distance from the beach. It had a nice pool and good breakfast options. We enjoyed our stay here.

When booking you set your preference of either two single beds or a double bed. Just bear in mind that you may not get your preference which is what happened to us, however the following day they kindly moved us to another room. Also not all the food is covered such as the fresh fruit, consequently there are flies around the area where you choose your breakfast.

Very clean, perfect location right next to Landmark, which is the local markets which run everyday and all night long, on the beach front, very big pools and very helpful staff. You were also allowed to take beach towels to the beach.

well it's nothing the hotel can change, but far too many jellyfish currently (May 2024) are in that area, and sea has always low tide - so you cannot really go for a swim.

Breakfast has a good varity, coffee is really good. Rooms are small, not much space, but ok. Specially view to pool and sea are nice. Pool is really nice - good temprature and no jellyfish. next to the night market (even that night market isnt really exciting as food is not really good there - you better go to a restaurant

Bathroom jell was not there in the bathroom they should keep some handwashing near the toilet and near the wash basin room service is poor even though you phone them from room they won’t answer easily we have to go all the way from room to reception it is really far I had to go twice to get all these things but all the staffs are well behaved

The location, price and amenities are good and room comes with ceiling fan which is a plus for us. Halal food is right front of the hotel and super good and value for money and other cafes are walking dustance. Aonang landmark night market is 5 minutes walking distance. We love our stay here and would come back again.

Had an issue booking airport transfer for our arrival but this ended up being an issue everywhere we stayed.

It’s in a toned-down, clean part of town but still close to restaurants, a store and other offerings. Excellent hotel restaurant. Breakfast exceeded our expectations and was a highlight for our stay. The staff was very friendly. Concierge/tour booking staff from hotel were very helpful.
