1. Breakfast was not great; basic for Asian standards. 2. The restaurant staffs could be trained better, esp the egg counter lady during breakfast was rude to many customers the whole 3 days I was there. 3. Pool opening hours 8am -8pm only, so no night swims. Bummer. 4. It's a kid friendly place so expect lotsa kids having fun in pool areas and noise. I didn't mind.

1. The pool access room was good. 2. Walking distance to night market, 711, and restaurants nearby. Beach is 3 mins walk outside hotel. 3. Location wise was good. For bars and clubs u can walk 15-20mins all the way to the other side of aonang. 4. Good coffee for bfast, 2 coffee machines.

Not a negative but beware of the monkeys as they will pinch your food if you leave it anywhere. They are pretty cute to look at though but pretty quick!!

Location so close to wharf and a quick walk to west beach. Was quiet and pool was refreshing, not too warm for a good cool down in hot weather. Bed comfy, room quiet with great balcony area especially when it rained. Good breakfast selection. Good value for money, would stay again.

Stagnant water in the bathroom during shower and the hotel doesnt provide room slipper, the floor does feel greasy and bit slippery after shower.

The room was connecting and enough for three people. The bed was okay and we asked to makeup the room everyday for three night stay. Located in front of the pool. The check in process was smooth and we were offered welcome drinks by the hotel. Staff were nice and pleasant

First of all sorry to say receptionist in the evening/night was quite rude, lazy and i think it affected alot on how their colleague was doing very well in the morning afternoon shift. Please respect ur colleague whose doing great in the morning afternoon and not tarnish all the their good reputation when u r incharge at night. I think if customer check in the night time they will not be having the same great experience that some are having on the morning/afternoon shift. Just a hint the receptionist starts with letter “P”. Hope hotel managemnet can give him enough training for him to become better when being on the front face of the hotel. He can do well next time maybe.

Everything from the pool to the room. Receptionist in morning & afternoon was extremely great but for evening and night will share on the lower part..The room was quite spacious and bed was comfortable. It was raining fro 2 days when i came . It was the best slept ever with their bed . The location was superb if u r just focusing on beach and night market. Night market was extremely close. 7 E was quite near . For muslim, just a meter away theres muslim restaurant. Ngiht market were full with halal option too. Swimming pool was very big , u wont dissapoint with it. I saw a few comment about toilet have some kind of scent but i dont think it affected much because its not that strong and its only in the toilet. Ocean smell kinda. They also have a luggage room so it helps alot. If u going to market please go on the left side of the hotel, 7 e is just 5 min away.

The gym isn't really much of a gym, few dumbbells and a barbell with an old bench and cardio machines. Granted it's enough for some people but if you literally got a multi-station cable machine that would solve the issue

The beach in front isn’t the best if that is what you’re looking for. No lounge area or bar to sit of an evening. You have to go out. Would be nice to return from a day out to sit somewhere nice.

If you want to stay close enough to get to the main part of Ao Nang but not on the door step (quieter) than this is a good option.

Didn't like that the coffee maker could not produce hot coffee at breakfast. Didn't like that the manager to whom I voiced my request was fierce when he brought a burning hot coffee and forced me to drink immediately. Didn't like that the next day he reasoned that the repairman warned the machine could burst. Service by that one man who was wearing fake hair was indeed disappointing. If the hotel can't fix or replace the machine, many would be left feeling dissatisfied because a nice hot coffee is the basic requirement in any good breakfast. Staff should be patient and well- mannered and not intimidating. All other staff who served were polite and friendly.

The internet was practically non-existent. The fitness area was very poor, with hardly any equipment available. On the weekend, forget about rest—you can hear people and kids screaming from the pool, even though we strategically chose a mountain-view room, which did have a great view.

The location is amazing, close to everything—just minutes away from the night market and 7-Eleven. However, the staff wasn't very friendly, and we had to wait an hour for our room to be ready. The walls are paper-thin, and housekeeping could use some training. Every morning, they shouted to each other in the hallway, not considering that guests are on vacation and might be sleeping. They talked very loudly, which was quite disruptive. The pool itself is beautiful, but the noise made it difficult to relax.

The bathroom entrance should have a proper floor divider to prevent water from flowing out through the door. Occasionally, there was an unpleasant odor, though I couldn't determine its source.

The room was comfortable, and the breakfast was enjoyable. However, it would be great if the hotel could consider offering halal-certified options.

People smoking in the swimming pool and drinking beer l stayed here for 2weeks and there were several occasions when people's behaviour wasn't addressed by the staff

While the buildings are nice, the corridors are really like those of a jail or military barracks… I’m sure that with a different and more pleasant walls color painting plus elegant light sconces they can easily change the ambience…I used their gym three times: they could place a multipurpose training bench and they should repair the ellipticals which damaged…

The location at walking distance of everything… The Resort is nice, built around hume swimming pools… The breakfast buffet was of an excellent quality and variety, the coffee machines providing all types of coffees, lot of bread and croissants, fruit platters, eggs, etc. Moreover, the buffet is open from 06:30 until 10:30 which is very comfortable… The clientele is very international and polite and respectful which has to be stressed in a beach town we’re partying late and getting drunk is common…

Had some difficulty with the phone charging points . Bathrooms could do with an upgrade.

Location is great few minutes to the night market. Plenty of shops handy and massage places offering various kinds of treatments. Staff were lovely and very helpful.
