United Arab EmiratesThe reception and breakfast areas are not air conditioned so given the temperatures it was difficult to enjoy any time down there without breaking into a sweat. It is also torturous on the staff who are stuck in those temperatures all the time.
Holiday Style AO Nang Beach resort was so central to most activities Krabi had to offer. It is in walking distance of the night market, cooking classes and a number of massage parlors. Very well positioned. Clean, neat and comfortable.

The hotel is location is practical, near the night market, the beach and a 7eleven. It is a quiet location, perfect for couples. It is a bit further away from the busy part of the beach but near to the ferry.

United KingdomIt is a beachfront property but the beach isn’t one you’d sit on. Great to go watch the sunset. We were left without towels in our room twice. Air con in the gym wasn’t working I reported this and carried on my workout for a very hot 40 mins and no one came.
Liked the pool area and breakfast had enough of a selection - fresh bread was delicious. Good location easy walk or taxi ride to get to places.

United KingdomAs mentioned - a mat at the door for coming back into your room after a swim would have been useful.
Breakfast was plentiful and good. Very handy for the night market. We chose pool access rooms which were great. What would have been useful would have been mats when you went into your room from being in the pool as the floor was slippy. Also difficult to access the pool bar from the pool with these rooms. Overall, though, it was very enjoyable and I would always book the pool access room in the future. We took a boat from just up the road to Railay beach - be aware that there is no pier either side and you have to walk probably knee-thigh deep in the sea to board the long tail boat, and the same when you alight. Railay beach itself was beautiful, but very busy. Tha night market was well worth a visit - lots of thai merchandise, but also loads of food stalls to tempt your fancy! Handy for the Thai boxing arena, which we didn’t have time to do.

Chairs on swim up room balcony really uncomfortable...could be recliner or sunbed. No aircon in the dinning room. Not enough sunbeds for amount of guests. Cocktails from pool bar very syrupy.

FranceNot enough loungers by the pool, thus everybody put towels out at a crazy early time, the pool bar did not have any atmosphere and lacked any fun, very hard to get pool towels as everybody kept the day before due to putting them out so early the day. No room to put all your clothes away, 6 hangers and a shelf are not enough for a 8 night stay 😬 some drawers would be great.

CanadaBuffet...... Was always waiting for pancakes. These should be easily able to keep up on. As a guest should be able to get coffee at the buffet without having to pay for full breakfast. There is a coffee maker in the room but i wanted to leave the room and enjoy coffee around the pool
