- When we arrived at the hotel it was a holiday and no one bothered to inform us that there were no taxis all day and for a request for a hotel shuttle of course for a fee we were told that there was no option. In the end, we managed on our own but it took us three and a half hours to arrive instead of the 15 minutes it was supposed to be. - After this, we spent 2 hours to get a room that we paid for... - If you don't take into account the mess on arrival, the hotel is good

Many have complained about the hill/slope that you have to walk up to stay in this room. It was not an issue for us even with a stroller/pram. For the elderly and disabled there is also a shuttle car that can transport you up and down upon request.

Stayed in a Seaview/Mountain View King Room. Great views of the cliffs and sea. Excellent room overall. Location perfect, close to the main road and beach. Staff very friendly.

Well, overall it's 8 of 10 just due to a few reasons: - stairs were all around the hotel making it barely possible to move with a stroll, when the lift was broken - wet floor washing or vacuum cleaning was 0 times out of 21 days - have seen dead cockroaches several times around the premises, but staff don't take them away fast enough - unlimited free of charge breakfast coffee is so-so - I was almost accidentally overcharged extra $1000 by the reception due to the mistake in the system, but noticed that and the amount was deducted into less

I felt that the cleaning standards were significantly lower than in other properties I have stayed in ( Bangkok and Phuket). Things had been missed in the overall cleaning of the room. This hotel had a significant amount of young children. I have two teenagers and I can appreciate the challenges of parenting young children- however if you are looking for a peaceful location- this is not the place for you. This was especially noticeable during breakfast. If you do have children then this is probably a property to consider.

The location was pretty good. About a 5 minute walk down to Au Nang beach. There is a wonderful Italian restaurant situated to the left of the hotel as well as a laundry shop. Across the street ( towards the right side) was a street market which was incredible and reasonably priced. We picked up Thai food, smoothies, rotis on a daily basis. An Indian restaurant right across was also decent. Breakfast was included and had a variety of items. We didn’t love it. We have had better elsewhere but it is all a matter of taste. I appreciated the pool on the property as well. We stayed in building 2 ( balcony with a sea view) . The sea was visible but not as close as I thought it would be. Our building location was above the breakfast restaurant- so convenient. Our friends were situated in another building which was a bit of a challenge and required cart access if you have mobility challenges.

Not directly on the beach, but in Ao Nang there are few international hotels right on the beach, because of the beach road.

A little noise from the street, the lobby does not have AC, the way to the room had a lot of stairs and no direct path. I believe the room is a bit overpriced.

The room was nice, the gym was ok, breakfast was great, location is pretty good, the concierge was helpful although some of them do not know english, which is odd for a concierge. The shower was amazing.

The fact that the cleaning service people did not put toilet paper for almost 3 days in a row and we had to always let them know that we needed it. Sometimes towels were also missing, which wasn't ideal as this hotel is a 4 stars hotel and quite expensive if you consider the average price hotels in Thailand.

Nice, cozy, and clean room with a great view. Great breakfast with plenty of choices from non-vegan to vegan and more.

Our room was in the building that's closer to the street, basically above the restaurant. It was (noticeably) noisy during the (Friday and Saturday) night with lots of party music coming from the street. I suggest asking for a room overlooking the pool or in one of the buildings at the back.

Very clean, spacious and nicely decorated rooms. Fantastic buffet breakfast with a lot of options (eggs, vegetarian, vegan, for kids). The hotel is within walkable distance to the beach and the longboats towards Railay. The gym was well equipped and well maintained. At our last day we enjoyed the clean and quiet pool. All the people we interacted with were helpful and accommodating – the concierge can also arrange bus service to the airport too.

Even though we were in a very buys area of Krabi, the hotel room was very quiet (except for our loud neighbor). The pool was really nice.

Kids club wasn’t good for 6 year old - computer was also broken Couldn’t use park as it was covered in ants and bugs so there wasn’t as much for kids as promised which was disappointing. The cocktails are double the price of most places and were awful, really don’t enjoy them. I’m not even sure the bartender knew what to mix. It’s a very crowded area The rooms weren’t easily accessible for my 65 year old mum with bad leg, everything was uphill and made it very difficult Also pool area was very slippy - lots of children falling hard. The food we ordered to the room was freezing, we asked them to replace it- came cold again and still wasn’t right. There’s much better places to stay than this for these prices locally

The restaurant staff were rude. We prebooked breakfast and dinner, however a staff member LEO treated us an inconvenience by serving other customers before us. Our food was cold and incorrect orders were served.
