This is the best location to be at in Bangkok. You are at a walking distance from all of the best malls in the city, the location is premium, there is a 7/11 and a money changer all within walking distance from the hotel. The breakfast buffet spread was very good and fresh. Helpful and welcoming staff. Will definitely book this again for my next visit.

The location is very near to Chit Lom BTS station. Very convenient, all the malls (Central World, Siam Paragon, Gaysorn, Big C, Platinum Mall) are within walkable distance which connected by pedestrian walkway. Staff is very friendly and helpful, especially staff named Cookie who served us breakfast. Would definitely return.

Lift. Anyone can access the lift without use of keycard to any floors, hence feeling alittle insecure.

Location is really good, as it is so close to chitlom bts and R-walk to connect to major malls. Hotel and room are very clean. Overall condition looks well kept and maintained. Breakfast variety and taste are ok, liked the egg station as egg orders placed will be served to table.

The hotel is very dated now, and I’m not sure of other rooms, but the one I stayed in has seen better days. The carpet reminds me of the bus seats in London. The pattern disguises stains and dust very well. There were a few stains it couldn’t hide, though. The walls have changed colour because of ageing. The duvet cover was more like a blanket. Extremely thin and highly yellow!! The bed sheets and pillowcases had stains on them. The bed was big enough to avoid these stains, though. After cleaning the room several days later, I was a little annoyed that the sheets weren’t changed, making me wonder if they’d changed the towels. I’m okay with using the same towel for a couple of days, but you are left with these questions of unknowingness. The windows are filthy. It's so dirty you can’t tell if it’s raining or sunny outside. It looked grey every day until you walked outside. I think the hotel needs renovation. One room at a time. Even if it’s just a little paint job and a new flooring. Preferably, hardwood, as there’s less likely to be dust mites.

The location of the hotel is situated a short walk from Gaysorn Mall, which is the gateway mall to the Ratchaprasong Bridge walk, or you can take the stairs adjacent to the left. Going through Gaysorn Mall will take you to the Platinum shopping mall. The stairs on your left will take you to the rest of the malls. The staff are incredible. On my arrival, the room wasn’t quite ready, and I was offered a drink from the bar to relieve my troubles. I was also gifted breakfast for free every day during my stay!! I’m not a breakfast person, as I prefer a protein shake and a coffee to start my day, but I experienced the breakfast spread, and there was an excellent pastry selection—some Asian, British, and Indian cuisine. The British fry-up selection is not so great, lol. The pork sausages looked extremely undercooked, and the tomatoes were very sour. The egg station meant that you could have your eggs cooked fresh, which was decent. The gym isn’t huge and doesn’t have a proper free-weight bench press, but it has many machines to help you maintain yourself while on holiday. I believe the pool is about 15 metres long and, fortunately for me, it was always accessible for me to use!! There were always door attendants opening the doors for people. It’s unnecessary for me, as I can do so myself, but it’s nice as it makes you feel important. The room was a reasonable size, and the bed was huge!! So, four grown people could easily fit in it and still have room to stretch—a good-sized table to do any work on the laptop. I never used the TV, but there’s room for a chrome cast if you like to watch TV in the evening or for children while you’re getting ready for a night out. The room had a lovely rainfall shower, and I loved that there was a small drying line within the shower to hang any wet swimming trunks. I used this when I washed my sweaty top and shorts after the gym! Even though the hotel is old, the air-con still works well and doesn’t smell like some old hotels.
