A desk and chair would've been much better than the low table and armchair they provided. The room also has a 2-hob cooker but no pots/pans, no plates and no cutlery - so nothing to cook with or eat on! Strange!

Just a 5-minute walk to the beach and spotlessly clean. I had all the essentials I needed for a 1-night stay (TV with HDMI socket for firestick), fridge, kettle + tea/coffee, a peaceful view across an empty paddock and free undercover parking. The soi also has direct access to 2nd Road, useful if you want to get the baht bus to Jomtien or Pattaya.

Location of hotel was far from center of town, but that didn't matter much, am sharing this point as families with younger children may not want to travel so much every instance they had to visit one of the tourist spots.

Amazing and courteous staff. Facilities were good, though we did not use the swimming pool, we went up to the terrace to enjoy the view. Rooms were very nice. Cleaning staff did a good job of cleaning up the room.

Cocktails weren’t great and the road itself had a strong smell of drains - not the hotel’s fault obviously.

Upgraded to a suite so loved the extra space. Bed was comfortable and there was a bedside table and light both sides which was great. Multiple charging sockets were useful. View from the balcony was lovely at sunset. Great enclosed shower and free toiletries too. Water provided daily when you have your room cleaned. We didn’t try breakfast but we did eat at the restaurant which was good. Comfy beanbags by the pool and it was never too busy. Ideal location being close to the beach, 7-11, little cafes/restaurants and the baht bus. Reception staff very friendly and welcoming.

The hotel was next to a big hotel where there were giant tour buses that come and go everyday. Noises from the giant tour buses and the outside employees talking can be heard from my balcony.

Enjoyed the clean, modern rooms. The small shallow rooftop pool was well maintained. The hotel staff were friendly. The area was quiet at Jomtien. Bath bus is very near. About 20 minutes to walking Street.

Rooftop swimming pool - decking scorchingly hot in mid morning to mid afternoon. My 4yo child screamed loudly when she stepped onto the decking. Decking very narrow on one side of pool. Pool not safe for very young children. Need more staff supervision. Seemed room not finished - had hot plate for cooking but no where to plug in the electric cord. Had electric outlet for full size fridge but no full size fridge. Had small mini bar fridge instead.

The price was higher then at my previous visits but the room was smaller. They allegated i smoked Marihuana in the room and obliged me to pay a reduced penalty of 3500 bath. BUT I DID NOT SMOKE IN THE ROOM. Smoking on the balcony always keep the door between the balcony and the room tightly closed. If the room smells of any smoke it is considered smoking in the room.If you smoke weed and stay at that place also store your stash outside on the balcony otherwise you might get an unpleasent surprise when checking out.

First night room 512 smelled mouldy after i changed to room 709 was ok.

Overall it was the best experience. Their staff were well trained and always smile at you. They do have a basement parking, a lift, breakfast facility, nice pool. This hotel is very close to 7 eleven and other restaurants.
