Old rooms , not really matching the pictures, a bit of noise at night.

Nice place on a hill with a view of the beach and sea. A bit old compared to the photos and sometimes noisy at late night you can hear loud music. Not bad but probably you can find better out there. Super friendly and nice staff

Location is the #1 downside of this hotel. It is down at the furthest end of long beach and it requires either a taxi boat or a long walk via the beach to access. Also be prepared to climb a huge amount of stairs to access this hotel, essentially a small hike every time you want to get up to your room. Not really the hotels fault directly but the local restaurant options are really bad, some of the worst food I've ever been served. Local places close very early also so you need to be comfortable with taking taxi boats at night if you want some life past 9pm

Beautiful view. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was nice

To reach hotel you need to climb long stairs. Post 8 pm nothing is available to eat in the hotel or nearby. Breakfast is also very limited and you cannot take whatever you want. You can have only what they serve. Travelling to main market in evening is very difficult if you do not have personal vehicle. Everywhere in the room fines are mentioned. Feels like you are in school.

Location is okay. View from hotel is good

    1. It was far away from the center of island but they haven’t any transportation service for the customers. It could be perfect if they have such a service for every 2 or 3 hours. We always had to use taxi boat (go and return) which is not cheap. 2. Stairs.. It is so hard to climb every time.. For this reason, the hotel is not proper for the disabled, elderly people.

The room was so comfortable, clean and had a sea view. Air conditioning worked very well. The breakfast was good. The staff is helpful.

There is over 150 steps to hotel, but it’s okay if you are healthy and fit.

I liked staff, they were very kind (unlike at another hotel in PhiPhi they were very cold to us). Clean rooms, everyday made up the bed, filed water, tookout rubbish bin. They serve breakfast-you choose from the list (omelette, scrambled eggs, yoghurt, muesli, pancake). There is an amazing view. They arrange a longtail boat from and to ferry at check in and check out for free.

There isn’t really much of a restaurant. It is closed for lunch and pretty empty around dinner time.

It was really lovely. Pretty basic as expected for the price. Initially we were put in a bungalow with no view which was disappointing as we had booked the partial sea view room. We asked the staff to switch and they offered us one with a stunning view. Overall pretty happy with the experience.

The stairs that you have to take to get to the property is definitely a workout every single time.

The view that you get from the property when you’re eating meals there, also when you’re about to walk down the stairs. They people are very kind compared to other properties.

Room was basic with poor finishing and a few broken things here and there. Cleaning not great- especially veranda. Just basic things. The stairs mean that you won't want to be going backwards and forwards to your room all day, so once we got down the steps in the morning we didn't go up until end of the day!

The location is amazing! The stairs are tough in the hot weather but worth it for the view. Arriving at Tonsai Pier is a busy and chaotic and I am not a fan of that area, so the hotel is a wonderful respite from this if you are looking to relax and not party. Sea at bottom of steps is amazing for snorkelling with lovely white sand beach. No sunbeds which would be nice, but you can hire from hotel next door or sit on chairs at beach bar . Room was comfortable with good bed and aircon, Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was limited but nice, with lovely fruit, omelette, croissants etc and really good coffee Beach Hotel next door has good restaurant for dinner and happy hour cocktails. Chilled out vibe.

I love this resort a lot but the room “bungalow with seaview” which is more expensive than the ones with partial seaview, didnt have much view/seaview. I stayed in two different rooms through out my stay and room 22 is definitely disappointing. The other room with partial seaview had a better view. This room was very worn out and there is visible wear n tear on some furnitures and floor.

The location is definitely thumbs up and the peacefulness around the resort. Still it is quite happening during evening around the restaurants downstairs and fireshow on the beach. It is all in all not too secluded but enough to be away from noise.

We had a room next to a new room being built. Although it was a west view room (lovely) the workmen arrived at 8 am each day (very quiet) however spoilt the ambience.

Great location at the far end of Long Beach.

The bathrooms require renovations that would make this hotel more current and attractive to tourists. We did not mind the walk up the stairs, however, it would be very beneficial for this property to install a lift!

The rooms and property had excellent views. The room had a decent size and was fairly comfortable and clean. The property is also located besides Long Beach that is beautiful to swim, snorkel and relax! We rated this property as 8 due to its potential, however we believe that with some investment and renovation to this hotel, it could easily become one of the best on the island.

Considering the price, the bungalow we got wasn't great. A little open, so some insects can get in (there is however a mosquito net for the bed). If you want to avoid contact with nature, maybe not for you.

The staff was great! Very helpful and friendly. The location is absolutely fantastic. Gotta be a bit for for the stairs, but the view is breathtaking.

I'll start with the view, which is breathtaking; we loved our breakfast and dinner on the terrace. I wouldn't recommend it to people who aren't very fit or disabled because this little paradise is only accessible by stairs. There's a lift for luggage. It's located in Long Beach, a 10-15 min by boat from the pier, a beautiful and not very crowded beach, perfect for snorkeling; you can even swim to Shark Point. Transportation to the hotel and back to the pier is provided by the hotel only for arrival and departure. There are always boats available just outside the hotel for an additional cost to reach the pier. It's also possible to walk for 45-50 minutes, but we preferred the boat, especially since it was affordable and very hot. The beach is quite long and offers various options: mini supermarkets, restaurants, massages, paddle boarding, kayaking, and scuba diving so you don’t really need to go to the centre unless you want something specific. The rooms are spacious, with sublime sea views, and cleaned daily. The staff is super friendly and always ready to help. To summarize, if you're looking for a relaxing place with a beautiful beach that's not too expensive, this is the perfect place. If you’re not ready for daily exercise and want to be close to the nightlife this may not be the place for you.
