We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaEntrance to the hotel is a bit dark at night. The construction noise is very annoying, I have to go out early in the morning to avoid it. The hotel is dated but what you get is what you pay.
The receptionist Miss Pooh is so nice, exceptional helpful and always wear a big smile on her face. Your hotel should be very grateful for having her as a staff. The breakfast is fairly abundant: eggs, salad, ham, sausage, one hot dish (different everyday), rice, bread, coffee and tea. The location is good, about 5 minutes walk to Jungceylon Mall.

PolandRegardless of the negative comments i've decided to book this hotel for 3 nights as last minute. For the money you pay i can't complain. The rooms are big, pool on the top is a nice touch, the gym is minimal, the place is quiet, staff is friendly and helpful. I don't know but maybe the other people who gave bad reviews, part of the problem it's actually themselves. One more thing, i left about 3000 baht in my room and the receptionist contacted me and did everything to transfer the money back to me. Dont expect much, but if it's just to sleep and shower, it's a good option
