From personal experience Met the reception isn't friendly.The room is not satisfactory and the room is on the restaurant next to the road. Not in the same building as the hotel lobby,so make noise all night.

- we had an upgrade, was really nice - comfortable and space - kitchen to cook - shower separate in the bathroom - balcony facing the green land - good location , not far but not too close to bangla road - nice swimming pool on the roof of the second (main) building

Thai beds are primarily harder than western style pillow top or comfort.

First off, this is one of the better 3 star hotels in Patong. Now, I've been coming to this island for 20 years and I was pleasantly surprised to come here because I read reviews and the place was getting a bad reputation...I don't know why honestly... Things that are unique to this hotel are , This place has a front desk motorbike rental, daily breakfast where they will make you the food, like scrambled eggs sausage or all fresh , other than the buffet style if you so choose, you just have to ask as it's not clearly defined. this alone is so convenient when you have an excursion and need something quick and easy in the morning., The staff were very kind and helpful, could book an excursion, or get your laundry done at the front desk, has a well maintained pool on the rooftop, elevator was working (Not always the case on this island) it was clean and tidy, the picture of my room were exactly as they looked on the booking website, the showers are exceptional for Patong! lots of water flow and choice hot and cold. Has a little gym on the 6th floor, nothing special, but enough equipment to get a quick pump on before you head out (gyms in Patong are scarce and expensive, so having this perk is unusual) it's Well located only a short walk from the Banzaan night market and the massive jongcylon shopping mall, the other direction is a short walk from the new Otop market for shopping food and drinks. It's also super close to an international health and wellness clinic (one of 2 in Patong the other one is at the beach road) you have massage right next door, and across the street, you also have great food 20 steps or less from your hotel, as you've got an Italian place right beside you and across the street Da no 6 Thai restaurant across the street (really good). You are like 15 min walk from the beach or a 5 minute motorbike taxi or Tuk Tuk ride away.

Thieves! The cleaners stole £1100 from me, horrendous treatment from the staff after I informed them. That was the worst part, they didn’t even apologise to me, and made me feel like a troublemaker, even though I was a victim of crime. Not a single apology from anyone who worked there. Awful people

The only negative: since it is on a main road, the traffic is quite loud until 1 am.

We spent a month in the hotel. Excellent location, helpful staff, cold air conditioning, strong wifi signal. There is an elevator, cleaning every day if you ask. 5 minutes walk to Baanzan, 10-10 minutes walk to Patong beach or Malin. Clothes washing facility. Cocktail bar girl is very nice. Excellent value for money. Of course, picky teases would find fault here as well. I highly recommend it.

WiFi didn't work well on our floor, but other than that it was fine.

The rooms had a kitchen, good size shower, beds were comfortable. The breakfast was an English breakfast given not a buffet and the staff were friendly and food was good. The hotel DOES have an elevator despite other comments. The hotel is walking distance near some food shops, tour shops, malls and 7/11. 5 minute walk to reach the top of the mountain for some local bars and restaurants.

Rats/ mice above of our room. 1 night into our trip we were woken up at 2am to little footsteps which only sounded the way a rat/ mouse would sound when moving. We searched everywhere in our room but nothing to be found. HOWEVER, the following day whilst getting ready we heard the noise again, above us but this time we heard squeaking too. We went down to complain to staff (who did not seem bothered) we were given an alternative room but no compensation for the disgust of the rodents. We hope nobody else makes this mistake. Our room was also not cleaned daily even though we left the sign on the door.

They tried to scum me. You can check my chat with this hotel. Also I was in Hallo Patong and I asked stuff in reception about this issue. They told me that Booking.com is trying to scum me and that is not their fault

Room was quite small, shower wasn’t great had to hold the shower head, air con machine was tricky to work.

In a good location near the strip and shops but far away to have a quiet nights sleep.

Everything was great, only when I extend my stay I paid more for night, than before, but probably I had some discounts on booking.com, but it would be nice pay the same price.

After coming to the room you can smell mold. I read the notice about how much each item costs to pay when will be destroyed or lost. A lot of things were already destroyed! In the closet are broken doors, towels and sheets dirty and bloody, blocked waste in the shower, the quality and accessories of the pool are not same as the photos.. You should refresh the photos because you lie to the customers!!!

The staff should not try to guess the ethnic origin of customers in front of them. If your not sure wether someone is Jamaican or African! have a friendly chat with customer and you'll get your answer. I'm carribean! born in London.

Great hotel with all you need for relaxation I did go a lot out at night but in the day it was so lovely to stay in the pool and relax all day staff was always smiling and friendly the room was clean and I asked for more sope and I get it so good service from the hotel
