The room has no key and cannot be locked, there are no lockers in the room either, it is very small for 6 beds and is super crowded, the only one bathroom/toilet is also very small and cannot accommodate 6 people at the same time, the terrace is very dirty and from time to time there are random people hanging out there. The sea/ beach in May are kot the best due to low tides.

Great location just on the beach, only female dorm with a nice terrace, comfy bed - mattrass and pillow, good AC (programmed for a good night sleep), nice staff who could speak English (despite some reviews saying the contrary), SUP boards and kayak for rent.

Very small room which easily gets overflowing with luggage. The pillows are like blocks under your head and actually hurt the neck.

The view from the dorm room is just stunning!!! There is a whole terasse with space to chill, do yoga, watch the sunset etc. There is also access to the water for a swim. The beds are soft.

Our Bungalow was 200m away from the hotel in a backyard. Only got room service / empty trash and new towels on the last night (i think they forgot is)

There was no air conditioning in the bungalow to cause discomfort, the fan could not cope with the heat. Since I worked remotely, it brought me a lot of discomfort. So after a few days I changed the hotel

The "garden view bungalow" was a distant to sea location room with car park view on one and a bungalow ruin view on the other side. This was disappointing but, as we stayed one night only, not very disturbing.

We were lucky to find a room for one night on the same day. The room had everything and the bed was comfortable. The reception and restaurant are beautifully located.

staff completely ignorant. Ordered in advance taxi and it was 20 min late for my ferry. Reception for this place never works, I first time live in “hotel” where it’s not 24/7 or just many hours. Really weird communication with hotel, hard to find, my location where I lived was different what I expected. wouldn’t recommend it

i payed 11.000 B for staying in the parking house with a broken view and noise builders/neighbors. impossible to see anything in the night as there’s no lights at all on the path. broken road.

No key for the door meaning it cannot be locked from the outside, only inside. No lockers. Only 1 fan very hot. Some beds have plug sockets, mine did not. Shower was not working when I arrived and told the staff (no apology or anything) then they fixed it. People tend to wander up to the communal area as there is no sign that it is private so be prepared to see strangers when you leave the bathroom in a towel. No room in the dorm to leave luggage, should only have 4 beds rather than 6.

The reviews here must be fake. Think you get a free smoothie if you leave a good one. The location was close to haad yao beach and neighbouring beaches. Beds were comfortable and room decor was cute but lacked the basic necessities. Good water pressure in shower.

Matress sinks in. Supported by pieces of cardboard and wood that does not stay in place. Definitely need a motorbike to get around. There is a whole in the ceiling stuffed with toilet paper. Very expensive for what you get.

When I arrived, even though my booking clearly said “sea view” they tried to give me a room in the back. So they made me walk back and forth with all my luggage under the scorching sun. That was quite annoying. Also the bed: it was one of those old coil mattresses and it was pretty wear out.

I booked the sea view bungalow that was at the top of the hill… Waking up to the beautiful view and watching the sunsets from the hammock, what a win. Checked in for 3 nights, stayed 2 weeks. Need I say more?

Nothing. It was amazing.

It was the best accommodation during my whole trip. Just make sure you book the sea view bungalow if you want the sea view. You’ll get the large balcony and really well decorated bungalow. Super clean. Good breakfast nearby just for 150 baht. The family who owns it is very nice and keep everything in check.

The bed is confortable for a dormitory, the place is incredible. The dormitory was for ladies only. We have our own space to practice yoga or meditation or reading book, relax… the view is wonderful and peaceful !
