Just the hill to the property is quite big. We hired a moped so wasn't too bad.

Beautiful bungalows surround a swimming pool. The family who own the property are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast omelette are amazing. Gave us free beer :)

Clean house, very friendly owners, not too big swimming pool but a great alternative. around the natural scenery, a palm grove, peace and quiet. Maybe the distance from the center and the beach is a disadvantage, but there is a scooter rental very close, as well as places to eat, where to shop and massage parlors. If someone likes noise, roaring motorcycles at night or screaming drunken Englishmen, I recommend the center, not here.

We loved the chilled vibe and the pool and tea (sorry if I misspelt) and hubby, the owners, very hospitable and welcoming. We really needed a emersive break and this was just the ticket. Breakfast was great 😃 Thank you ❤️ In the forest, nature sounds, bliss.

Fantastic service. They take pride in and care about their business. Everything was clean and tidy. If I had problems they were quick to help me and seemed to enjoy doing so. One of the best stays I've ever had at this price point.

Nothing we would change.

Nice and quiet/peaceful. Bungalows were far enough away from the bustle but close enough to everything. Scooter preferable for this location but we did walk out for meals every evening and found plenty within 20-25 mins. Staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. Breakfast was buffet style with offering eggs or pancakes and was very welcomed. I agree with everything the previous positive commentator made about Ralph’s gripes - don’t dwell on his feedback. This stay provided everything we needed and to a good standard. We felt it was very good value for money. Air con worked well, bed was good (and I suffer with my back) and facilities all good. Would recommend this stay.

What I don't like is ppl like that german guy Ralph who gives this accomodation a review with a 1 out of 10. And then provides a whole bunch of fake reasons. I mean if you are over 1.80m why complain about a bathroom door being to low? Hitting your head more than ones makes me think you're an idiot for not remembering your height. And Ralph, loads of ppl drinks powdered coffee in the morning and they like it...and wanting an accomodation to provide you with towels to go to the beach? Buy a bigger suitcase and bring your own towels like we all do, or go to a 5 star hotel and pay 300 euro's a night instead of 40... Damn mate, no wonder you guys lost the war... So all things said, do not believe Ralph and come find out how good this place is for yourself... 10 out of 10 for me...

No complaints at all. Nice garden, little bungalow, decent bathroom. Bed was good, airco working. Nice pool to swim. Friendly staff and good breakfast. If you visit Ao nang and you dont mind renting a scooter or car, you would love it here. We booked for 3 nights, but ended up staying 14 nights.

Mr Sow and Mrs Dee were fabulous hosts, When I arrived Mr Sow carried my very heavy bag to my room. Mr Sow cooked lovely breakfasts with heavenly ripe bananas, passion fruit, melon and pineapple. Some of the fruit was from their garden. Mr Sow gave me a Thai food cooking lesson and I joined them for this evening meal. I think they will cook you an evening meal but I wanted to go out to local restaurants. They cleaned my room regularly. They also advised me on places to go in the area as a tourist. They did lend me a kettle so I could make tea in my room although they have a cistern of hot water in the breakfast area which can be used during the day. For a small fee Mrs Dee washes and irons your clothes. Six spacious bungalows surround a pool which was fabulous sun trap for bathing in the clean swimming pool. I hope to return. Groovy is about a 10 min scooter ride from the beach, bars and main shopping area, the area and the individual bungalows made for a very quiet environment which I loved.

Access seemed a little hard but got used to it and it wasn’t an issue. Low pressure in the shower and the hot water was not consistent. Changed temperature at will and unexpectedly, which wasn’t nice especially for the children. Could do with more useful furnishing.

Loved the setting of the bungalows, the children appreciated the pool a lot. Lovely host and filling breakfast 👌. Location great for trips to various attractions and sights.

A LOVELY, BEAUTIFUL FAMILY OWNED PLACE. THE FAMILY ARE EXTREMELY ACCOMMODATING. THEY EVEN GAVE US BREAKFAST AFTER MIDDAY,BEFORE OUR JOURNEY TO PHUKET. THE PLACE IS SPOTLESS. THANK YOU SO MUCH! 🙏
