Very loud noise in the morning coming from cleaning staff using their walky talkies, as well as noise at the middle of night from other guests coming back from their evening enjoyment. (breakfast should have more varieties than what is served now).

As always the location works very well for us, rooms were specious and clean and staff were very helpful all the time.

The rooms could use a touchup with the painting. WIFI was unreliable and mostly too slow to stream anything.

Breakfast was great, the staff were friendly. This is a good location downtown. Very beautiful entrance, and secluded from the public.

The bass from Differ Nightclub was annoying to listen to every night when I want silence. Most of the Indians who stay here was always in the way & loud; the one's who come for business are more like normal people. With these issues, there are a few cheaper places on the other side of the mall that are quieter with more reasonable guess.

It's right by the mall, staff is friendly. If you don't mind some of the negatives I would recommend staying here.

This Hotel has no proper soul, and it feels too large and empty and just lacks character and is badly decorated, and not totally well maintained throughout. Staff seem bored and the restaurant staff were very officious and diligent that came across as cold through they were professional to a certain degree.

The size of the rooms and the pool and the bathroom was impressive. The location worked for me but may not be ideal for everyone - the spaciousness of the property. The cost of the accommodation was most satisfactory though.

Some chairs are out of date in the breakfast room. I wonder who decided to put the pool at position where the sun never shines. The pool was constantly under the shadow, and nearly no one was using it!

the gym is still not available and that makes it 6 months plus since we were there and they working on the gym.

we have stayed here a few times breakfast is very good staff friendly big c opposite the hotel terminal 21 a short walk or you can take hotel shuttle. there is a back road that will take you to thai bbq on third road.

From 6am to about 8:30am guests repeatedly slammed the room doors. The sound was coming from floors above and below.

First night some noise late into the night / morning from venue close to the hotel. Not really the hotels fault, but they still promptly upgraded me into another room. So all good, would definitely return getting this sort of service.. They could not do enough to make sure the rest of the stay was perfect.
