We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

ThailandThe reception wanted us to come back and pay again versus just paying for everything at one time. Everytime we check into there is a problem with the reception. It is as if they're not operating from written standard procedures. We stay at this resort often and everytime there is a problem with reception. The rest of the resort is top notch and you won't find better in the area. Finally, we booked and paid. Then I requested a late checkout. The manager said "we will allow the late checkout but if somebody checks into the resort, we may ask you to move out of your rooms". My response, "why would you ask us to rush to move out, when you have a low occupation rate now? This is not the way to do your customers. If you're going to allow late checkout then allow late checkout. If not, just tell the customer you cannot allow late checkouts." Then reception called late the day for before checkout and said we were allowed late checkout. Seems it is hard for hotels and resorts to train and maintain quality reception staff.
If you're looking for the Cha am Beach five star experience then the Grand Pacific Sovereign Resort & Spa is the place to reside. The Italian restaurant is superb. The waitresses, chefs, and hostess are true professionals. If you're looking for food cooked to profection or a place for a romantic setting, Go To Celestino Italian Restaurant.
