The flooring of the room and the pricing

The hotel is well situated. Rooms were spacious and neat. The floor of the room even though clean was not good as per appearance (dark patched floor). Staff was friendly.

We had 3 rooms, In one room the sink had a serious leak when opening the water The other room we had difficulties to open the slide doors to the balcony as they were sliding out of rails

The aircon compressor on the balcony is very noisy & there's no warm water pressure in the shower (5th floor).

Great location – you can reach the beach and all the Patong nightlife entertainment within a short 10min walk but yet you're fare enough away to enjoy your sleep without all the Bangla road noise & boom boom till 5am. Comfy beds – The mattresses are of very good quality and very comfortable. Very clean rooms.

The pictures posted are a bit misleading. The hotel is fairly old and not really updated as portrayed.

The location was really good! Short walk to the beach and Bangla road. So many places to eat right next to the hotel and also plenty of places to rent scooters and motorbikes.

There was nothing to dislike

The staff were exceptional, front of desk very helpful and friendly - my family and I returned twice within a week after leaving for an excursion because it felt as if we were returning home. The beds were firm but not hard, the bathrooms were modern and well designed and the hotel was close to the beach front. I will certainly be recommending the hotel to anyone visiting Patong beach.

The location is great, nearby has lots of eateries, street food and very near to the bangla road. The hotel staff are very helpful and friendly as well.

One ac fan in balcony little noisy need to tight the upper cover after the noisy gone , i tried to push by my hand the cover and sound gone. My apartment not have telephone I would like to have to easy call and inform for house keeper service.

The bed was hard. But a Thai massage next door was only 200baht so I got a lot of those working out the knots from the hard bed. I did go to Big C and buy 2 more comfortable pillows because it changed my sleeping comfort. Everything else about the property was great!

I stayed here for a month from July until August. The location is good. It’s a few blocks from the beach and a 10-15 minute walk to Bangla Road, the Gay bars and all the shopping you could ask for. Staying here a month was too long. The bed isn’t comfortable but the room is spacious. The balcony views aren’t really great but the air conditioning units are great. Granted in 32 days I killed the AC in 3 rooms because I like to be cold, freezing all the time. The staff were prompt about moving me to a room with a working AC unit when one would break. There is a 24 hour front desk staff that were very kind and helpful. There is a cat cafe next door that was fun to enjoy. A restaurant across the road called Joy’s where you could eat and get your clothes washed for 50baht/kilo. For me the location was perfect considering the price. Staying beach front was triple the cost so I enjoyed my $18usd/day rate and my short walks to the beach.

Clean, modern looking rooms with TV and balcony that look like the pictures provided. Good sized bathroom. Great value off season price. Very friendly staff
