There was some construction work happening that made it hard to really relax during the day but it didn’t really impact us that much The breakfast was not great

Awesome location close to Anything and everything. Buffet breakfasts were amazing and great way to fill the family up before adventuring all day. Rooms were clean and replenished daily. Was quite noisy with construction but didn't really affect us once we got our day underway. Staff helpful

Pool on rooftop was very small with not alot of sunbeds. Not a great view, lots of construction going on around.

The three bed apt was very spacious and clean with three bathrooms also which was great . My room was to the front which was looking out onto the road and was a little noisy at times especially with mopeds going by . Staff very friendly and room cleaned everyday. About a 12 minute walk to beach.

Food catered for Asian mostly.

3 pools available excellent. Room neat and tidy excellent service for cleaning of assigned staff so you get to know they. Breakfast was more catered for Asian guests rather than Australian, staff very friendly and took care of our every need.

The pool tiles were slippery and sharp we cut our feet and hands a few times.

The location is perfect, near the beach and the walking street.

Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Egg section ok but what was left on offer was very poor. Need a bigger selection of hot food, not just sausages and ham in water.

Nothing really. Kitchen was a little lacking in equipment if you actually wanted to cook in it.

Very central to everything in Kata Beach. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful with everything we needed. Beds super comfortable and quiet. The pool was lovely on sunset and gym was good for a break from exercising in the heat.

Our room was located in the corner with the view on a little pool and ongoing construction (photo attached). Which was really annoying and noisy. They were starting works at 8 a.m. and finished only with the sunset. There was no opportunity to rest in the afternoon or relax on the balcony, because noise coming from works was very loud. We were not informed about that before check in, so it was disappointing. Consider 15 mins walk to the beach.

Hotel in general is modern and fine. Breakfast is also OK.

The swimming pool could be bigger. The ramp to parking is to steep at the entry so smaller/lower cars could scratch their bottoms.

The hotel has 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, which is good for big families. Location is optimal.

A little inconvenient to get to the beach as there are no cut throughs.

The room was great. It had everything needed plus a large balcony. The location is good, it's right at the side of the night market. The reception staff were really helpful. Breakfast is ok, with a decent choice.

The pool. The parents bring their children to the top pool as well, even though there are kids facilities. It was loud, and also a bit worn down.

Corner deluxe room has so much room and light. It is a perfect apartment for 2-4 people.

Not a biggie but the kitchen could be better stocked with more crockery, cutlery and glasses.

A wonderful location, close to the beach and many restaurants and bars. Easy to get to other beaches ie. Karon, Patong. Room was clean and spacious with a great balcony. Pool was really nice. Staff were helpful. Didn't eat at the hotel so can't comment on the food. Overall a great stay and would recommend.
