You are at the mercy of the tide/ocean when using the resort boat. This was challenging. Only other option to leave the resort is to walk the monkey trail to Ao Nang which is quick and doable BUT the monkeys will jump on you and your backpacks if they think you have food (because they are being fed by tourists when all signs say not too). Thankfully staff from the resort arrived to walk us safely back. Staff weren’t as warm as other places we stayed.

Slightly annoying the only method of getting to the hotel was by boat or through the monkey trail

A great hotel in an unbeatable location. Being located on a semi-private beach is a plus. The scenery and views from the room are exceptional. All services, in general, have lived up to our expectations. If we want to highlight any, I would like to mention the pool service, especially with the help of Joe, who was very attentive at all times to make the experience very satisfactory. I would also like to highlight the kindness and good service of the room service and cleaning team. The rooms are well maintained, although it is evident that they are facilities that are old. We heard that the hotel has a comprehensive remodeling project.

Some of the staff didnt speak english and took a minute to communicate, but all were very friendly and helpful!!! The Boat that takes u to and from the hotel was sometimes full and hence our luggage arrived separately much later than we wanted but all in all it was ok. I would may just add that the rooms are a bit outdated and need renovations, thats all

the location is absolutely out of this world and we really enjoyed that it is a secluded private beach between mountains to where the general public doesnt get. The boat to get there was always available although u had to wait in advance to secure ur place on case too many guests needed it at the same time. We used the monkey trail one day to walk towards the public beach and village which by the way is full of superb bars cafes and shops, took 10 mins to walk and was super worth it! The hotel had very good breakfast buffet, restaurants on the premises also amazing. The views from our villa were the best ever!

Mosquitoes that didnt allow me enjoy the balcony. The kettle in the room can be better maintained. It has debris at the base. So are the black cups.

Romantic. Rustic. Relaxing. Get to dine and chat by the beach. Room was spacious. Friendly staff like Mard who engaged us in meaningful conversation and yet not overbearing. Staff have friendly disposition.

The Interieur of Rooms need to be renewed.

Mixed breakfast international, Thai Style and Indian food with limited breakfast time up to 10 am. You can eat inside with aircondition or outside. The Location of the Hotel is unique. You can only reach by boot or by feet on monkey trail. Beach is not busy at all.

Buggy service was a problem. Reception phone has not picked many times, you sir stuck to go anywhere due to buggy issues and staff non response.

- There was only one shuttle boat from the resort the tier. And it operates only on certain timings. You have to book in advance. And lot of times it's fully booked by large groups so you miss your chance and get stuck at the resort. It desperately needs another boat considering the location. - Rooms are getting old and they need more renovation. Check if Hot water is working before unpacking cuz our wasn't working. - it better to eat in Ao Nnag or krabi rather than the resort because it offers a basic menu and waay too overpriced.

Nothing to really dislike about the property. Only that it was quite a steep walk up to the room from reception/restaurant, which could be off putting for some.

It was in a beautiful spot with stunning views. The rooms were solidly built and nestled in the middle of a nature reserve, which meant they were mostly obscured by trees and with good soundproofing.

The hotel is getting quite old, some equipment is obsolete. Rooms are not well cleaned. The beach is beautiful however the sea is not very clear. The breakfast is not very qualitative.

The rooms and facilities are a bit old and could use a revamp. The doors of the room don’t completely close resulting in a waste of energy to run the AC. No electric plugs next to the bed. Average food. A bit isolated, great for a few days but wouldn’t recommend for a longer stay.

There is very little control or structure over guests, it allows people that consider themselves entitled to do what ever they wish, including pushing in, being rude and showing no gratitude or politeness towards staff.
