Toilets were really clean and staff very friendly. We stayed only a night here and regretted doing so. Should hv stay longer.

The wonderful staff, the magic location on the river , nice food and great service. The two sparkling swimming pools. We liked it so much we changed our plans so we could enjoy more time at this resort. We plan to visit again soon.

We stayed in the deluxe triple room with river view and loved it. A covered deck with chairs and a swinging seat so nice for relaxing and watching the koi fish swimming in the pond right off the deck. The hotel restaurant is lovely and on the river’s edge.

The walls are a bit thin in the new wing but we didn’t have much of a problem with that.

Stunning location and sunsets by the river. The restaurant on the premises is great. Plenty of variety for breakfast and great with automatic coffee machine. Dinner menu is extensive and with good choices of Thai food (western food if that is preferable). Sunset cocktails are good value. Gardens are well looked after and the swimming pools are a life saver after a busy day exploring. Rooms are quite basic but with everything you need of linen and pool towels etc. Staff are very helpful and a special mention goes to the friendly people in the restaurant.

There wasn't anything not to like, the only thing was there were no plug sockets near the mirrors to plug straighteners in or your own hairdryer

The location was great, you can walk to the bridge or the opposite direction to pubs and restaurant's just very central

Really nice hotel, nice terrain which is properly maintained, friendly staff, large rooms, pretty restaurant near the river with really good food. There are lovely Koi fish you can feed. Great value for money. We stayed in several hotels during 3 weeks in Thailand, and I would definitively recommend this one.

One of the days there was a very high amount of chlorine in the pool which gave my son a rash, we informed the staff and they said they would take care of it

A little way out of town towards the Bridge. Would need to take a taxi from town centre if you don’t have a car.

Clean room and shower with a small outside area to sit. Great restaurant by the river with an extensive menu. Good breakfast. Helpful staff who speak English. Recommended

I did not like sending in a special request via booking.com for twin beds on the ground floor, getting an acknowledgement from the hotel that it is fine and then upon check in saying they never got the special request from booking.com. They put us into a twin bedroom on the second floor. We are older and it is difficult to walk up and done the stairs multiple times. They said they would get us a room the next day on the ground floor which they did but it was an inconvenience of unpacking and packing for the one night and going up the stairs many times that we did not like. The shower on the second-floor room 108 had the weakest water pressure on any shower I have used in the last 3 years. The room on the ground floor had good water pressure. I would recommend a stay here but to call them and double check if you have any special requests or needs.

I liked the location as it is a short walk to a 7-11. It is not far from the train station( a 100-120thb fare) and the Skywalk and the famous bridge. I liked the made to order omelets at breakfast. I liked the clean swimming pool. I liked how they arranged for us to get a ride back to the train station for an early morning train ride and gave us food for the train ride. The breakfast had a wide variety of food and tasted fresh. I enjoyed the homemade bread. The Wi-Fi and air conditioning worked fine also.
