It is just a minor complaint. The only thing I can think of is that they did not have onsite laundry service. I had to find and make my way to the laundry close to the Palladium shopping center. Not a big deal at all.

It ALL went well. The location was great... Chit Lom BTS station is right at the end of the driveway and the hotel is absolutely centrally located. The room was great... although it was close to the elevator, I rarely heard other occupants moving around, and I certainly was NOT awakened by the noise of others. The room was cleaned daily with fresh towels supplied. And the bed was possibly the most comfortable bed I have had while traveling. Gotta love that memory foam! All in all, Golden House provided an excellent hotel experience

My only complaint was the water temperature in the shower would go from very hot to cold and then back to hot. I really needed to get into the showers rhythm to use it!

The only problem was that it’s not 24h. We arrived very early and had to wait a few hours to check in, but we managed to check in earlier with a small fee. We really enjoyed our time there.

The hotel is in a great location. The room is big and very comfy, with a nice viewing too. We had the room cleaned even though we booked only for one night which was great.

The facilities in the hotel is a bit limited: There are some hiccups that may need attention from the staff, though we live through that just fine during our stay. The soundproof is non-existent, I can hear clearly sounds from other rooms and the water running in the pipes. Recommended for easy and adaptable sleepers.

The best deal with this accommodation is the location, right in the neighborhood of Central World Mall and other popular popular public points of Bangkok. The facilities are worth the payment, with some minor yet tolerable faults. There is even a laundry room in the back of the hotel for those who need it.

If I could suggest one thing. Maybe a ramp for the luggage because there is only a step in the entrance a ramp would help people that has luggages.

Staff was nice and very helpful. My shower got broken and they moved me to another room.

The room is not soundproof. So, you can hear the noise from outside. the elevator looks a bit old. Price is quite high compared to the facilities provided.

The location is great for those would like to visit the attraction places and shopping area. it also near the BTS where you can take to travel around the town. super convenient for this point.

Excellent location right next to BTS and central world. Great value and quiet. Decent size clean room with comfortable bed and hot shower. Stayed here last 2 times in Bangkok, and will book again next time I return to bangkok.

The rooms are a bit smelly and the windows do not seal properly, so all the noise enters the room.

The location is fantastic. The ladies at the desk were always kind and helpful. The internet speed was enough for zoom meetings and online classes. Having Central World around the corner was super practical.

The landing time of our flight was late and exceeded the check-in time, while golden house still friendly leave us the message to check in ourselves. The location here was great.

Older building in an alley that didnt give a very good impression at the start. Left key card in the power activation slot, staff went to make up room and removed the key card as well, meaning when I came back there was no power, no idea where the card was, the staff only works from 8am to 7pm thereabouts so I couldnt reach the front desk staff. Thankfully one of the masseurs from next door helped me contact someone at the hotel and i got back my card. Spotted leftover food bits near fridge (which was not plugged in and had a nasty smell once opened) that was not cleared properly. No bathroom slippers nor dental kit. (but then its a 3* i may be expecting too much) Also can still see clearly through the pixelated wall that separates bathroom and bed area. Definitely NOT for room sharing if you're on business trip.

The location is the prime selling point of the hotel. It's much cheaper than Intercontinental or Holiday Inn (but expensive for a 3*)

While the rooms/building was refurbished, they forgot the windows: normal Thai-style windows are insufficient when there are 6 lanes of loud traffic and the BTS/Skytrain close by. Also, a compressor of the aircon in another room was so loud it vibrated the outside wall...

The location was really what I was after when I booked this hotel. I stayed here for my last few nights in Bangkok, and it was right close to everything that I wanted to enjoy. The room was simple, but it was what I expected for the price.
